Cashier was nasty with an attitude, store was very dirty. Yogurt was good but the experience overall just ruined it. Would not come back.
Gross, filthy store, cashier was on her phone the entire time and barely acknowledged us. Bathroom had urine splashed everywhere. And we had to throw away $40 of froyo after we left, when we started eating it in the car and realized it was SPOILED! Like burning your tongue, fermented, spoiled!! They must never clean out the machines. Disgusting. I can’t believe the Sweet Frog brand lets them use their franchise!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!
They don't have many flavors anymore. It smells so bad, the place smells like a bathroom it’s disgusting. It looks like they haven't cleaned it in a while.
This location is disgusting and disappointing. "Forever Rely on God" ... That's what the franchise location stands for... "Frog"... let me tell you... God has left this building.... The owners clearly don't care. Why would anyone give them business with such a disgusting and blatant lack of effort for a business. I hope their Franchise owner sees this or even the Franchise because this location shouldn't be up and running. I too have found plastic in my yogurt... If you have kids... do not risk it. Terrible Terrible Terrible... I know the owner won't even bother to respond or look at his based on the prior reviews and their care to respond... Go elsewhere my community of Rockville.
obviously with over half the machines out and the toppings kow and a cashier that does not care that you are going to post a compliant online and not coming back because things are so degraded that maybe it is time this store closes. too bad
Looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned for years. Rotting window molding, sticky floors and counters, dirty toppings area, and the person working behind the counter just sat on their cell phone while customers were lining up to pay. Assuming this location will go out of business any day now.
The flavors were good, but not enough light fruit flavors.
Got ice cream here with my kids. We were eating in the car when I bit into something that didn’t feel like the texture of any of the toppings that I put on top. I examined what I had bit into and found a sharp piece of plastic. Thank god I spit it out because I’m afraid to think of what could have happened if I had swallowed it. On the other hand, my kids enjoyed their ice cream without the foreign objects.
Zero stars if applicable. Place is disgusting. So many flavors out. Cashier Marlettia (sp?) on the phone with her AirPods talking the entire time while store was in disarray. You would lose your appetite coming here. Even had to ask for spoon and napkins since she can’t even replenish the items that’s infront of her. Disappointing and disgusting. Never coming back
