I just left this subway & I must say it's the worst location I've ever been to the lady making the sandwich acted like she didn't even want to make the sandwich then I had to tell her that she needed to put extra stuff in the sandwich because it was one of there new sandwiches & it seem like she didn't even know how to make it . I asked to use the restroom which was clearly locked & asked her for a key & she said someone was in there which was a lie because I was in there for almost 40 mins & no one ever came out so really they don't want people using the women's restroom but they have a giant sign on the door that says for paying customers only so I had to use the men's restroom be for I left .. I will never go back to this location again the sandwich wasn't even good . The location I went to the following day in Germantown was 100 times better & I got the exact same sandwich & there price are higher that the location in Germantown .. So I would NOT recommend this location to anyone !!!

Good subs good service
This Subway went Downhill. I a 12" Turkey and got my wife a 6" Italian. Both of us were disappointed. Both our breads were chewy like it was old and maybe days old. To lazy to take them back so we just tossed them in the trash. Won't be going to that one again. The Subway here in Germantown, Maryland off of Great Seneca Highway is 1,000,000 times better.
I like to get the roast beef bacon and Turkey sub with lots of vegetables unfortunately roast beef this no longer on the menu I use the chopped steak instead I pay an up charge please bring back the Roast beef I miss it

Staff is always friendly, but owner has decided not to participate in any of the company's NATIONAL promotions.
Went to the store to pickup an order. The order couldn't be found. Instead of checking the receipt or trying to work it out, we were screamed at and put out of the store. Other customers stopped us in the parking lot to tell us how shocked they were at the unprovoked behavior. Our company regularly orders from this location for classes and meetings. They will never get another penny of our money or any of the employees. Abhorrent treatement. If there was a 'zero' star, I would use it.
