Food was ready for delivery
I call to the store because the said that my food was delivered and it was not I tried to tell the girl and she literally told me to call later that she was busy and and to contact door dash because they don’t deliver.. I don’t even have a confirmation order for door dash because I order through the subway app. So.. did I just lost $15 dollars to a employee who doesn’t care? That I order an hours ago!? Bad service.
Fresh Food
Very poor customer service. They are disrespectful. She almost through my sandwich. I will never come to this subway anymore. I am very disappointed by her attitude.

DON'T lie. I never thought I would be writing a bad review about this Subway location. I have been a loyal customer for a while. But like most other companies during this COVID19 hardship they have shown their true colors. This location sees a lot of business from workers like NCI shuttle bus drivers, Metro Access drivers and construction workers to name a few, there was never an issue using their facilities whether you bought food or not and that was the selling point that kept transportation workers who don't have readily access to facilities coming back. Today the manager said to us who buy our lunch/cookies there every day that the HEALTH DEPARTMENT said unless customers buy something they cannot use the restroom. REALLY?? REALLY?? the health department said that? Be honest, if a subway implemented a rule say so...but don't lie. Why would the health department say customers have to spend money to use the bathroom located at a subway. If you want your regular customers who have a relationship with you to now buy something to use your facilities just come out and tell us to our faces. It's about the money I DETEST LIARS and long after this pandemic is over I will not support Subway there are to many other options for me to patronize someone who does not understand LOYALTY.
Just want to check the menu for this location. But after hour I could not even check it. Keep saying it is close and want me to pick another location.
There is always an issue with one of the employees. The cucumbers put out were soggy and see through and slimy, when I asked for fresh ones, the employee blatantly said that they did not have fresh ones, she said all of them were the same. I let her know that my first job was at subway and I know they have fresh ones in the fridge underneath or in the back and her face went completely slack. I love subway but this location isnt great. Customer service is subpar.
Average Subway here. It is a little Subway next to other places like a Bakery and a sushi store. It isn't too popular but a lot of people eat here from the Shady Grove Hospital nearby. So yes, an average Subway.
