I bought 2 footlong sandwiches today from the subway at Norbeck Road. I had a meatball marinara and a steak and cheese. I found a long hair inside the meatball marinara. Had to throw the whole sandwich away. Really disappointed. The sandwiches tasted really bad as well
Recently me and my wife tried sub at this place. We noticed that the cabbage was reddish and black seemed like going bad. We still took the sandwich home after the servers there said that this is what they see everyday from early morning truck and its not bad. Seems like we had issues next day a bit vomiting. I don't want to escalate this but there should be a strict quality check imposed here.
The worst Subway ever! Food was very bad! Staffs were very unprofessional. This location needs to get scrutinized by Subway HQ.
Warning!! Do not eat or order from here they never answer the phone what so ever ive seen the employees literally stand in the back messing with her on smart phones I mean the food is decent but the customer service sucks 100% the owner is a nice person and the Spanish girl is great but everyone else that works there shouldn't be in customer service and acts as if they're doing you a favor When really they're just doing their job. Hate it!

I have always visited this subway location because is in my neighborhood and had great customer service. All this has recently change, apparently is under new management. Once I went there after the COVID crisis, order my food, the place was empty and there were tables available to sit. I asked her to make sure if I could eat inside, the manager told me in a stern voice 'yes you have 15 minutes'. Ok...? I went back another day to order a sandwich for a friend, when she was almost finished I got the urge to get one for myself and asked for another one, she told me in an angy tone "you should have asked while I was fixing the first one. WHAT? There was no body in the restaurant. I told her that I had the choice to change my mind. Then came the fixings, she dont give you more than a second to tell her what you want, gets agravated if you are looking at the veggies choices too long. I am never going back because is only her and her daughter there, (I assume because they are both of indian decent) there were 2 long time employees there, very profressional but I have not seen them lately, my guess is that they quiit. She spoiled my lunch then had the guts to tell me have a nice day! I did not say nothing. Maybe she will come back down to customer service earth.

VERY Convenient. Access to public transport that's less than a 3 minute walk. Staff are super nice and great. 10/10 Would go again
