Would not accept a valid coupon. Would not let me get 1/2 each of two kinds of cheese on the sub. Basically unfriendly. My opinion this store will close soon. Went about dinner time, no other customers. Received sub that was mostly bread.

Food was good. A little to toasted.

This is prob the worst subway in the area. The veggies look like theyve been there for a whole week. The staff is rude af. One of the ladies started sneezing while making my sub lol so I had to just tell them I didnt want it no more.

subs had a good taste but the portions and what they put in the subs are less than other subways i have been to in the area. paying 14 with a total bill close to 17.50 is not what would have expected. let staff know will not be back to this subway shop. they showed no concern. 14 is also a bit much for a foot long

My husband and I went to Subway located at 1402 Rockville Pike, Rockville MD today to purchase a sandwich and pay with a gift card. We had a coupon to buy one and get the second sandwich free. A woman working there was rude to my husband. She stated if he was going to pay with gift cards she would not accept a coupon. As I believe gift cards should be considered to be cash equivalents and it was illegal and unprofessional to refuse to accept them. It has not been the first time when we had a negative experience at Subway located at 1402 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852.

I just went through a horrible experience at this Subway. The lady was the rudest I have ever encountered anyone treating a customer. I believe she was already in the bad mood and she started to get real mad when I asked her to give me the fresh lettuce . She wouldn't listen properly to what I was requesting and was just literally throwing stuff in my sandwich . In the end I asked her to add pepper and she added salt as well. Instead of apologizing , she turned it around and blamed me that I was not clear on what I was asking. After that she refused to give me my sandwich. When I asked her for the manager she completely ignored me. I called Subway customer service and they asked me to file the official complain online which I plan to do. I tried knocking on the employee door and ring the bell to get attention of other employees and or manager so that I could complain about her behavior, instead she threatened to call the Cops on me . She latter claimed that she was the owner and the manager of the store. What a nightmare!. I have been going to this place for over 5 years and it use to be a very friendly especially an older lady who use to be there all the time. Recently I think, they have hired new employees who are absolutely rude. I have experienced this similar behavior multiple times in recent past but today was absolutely horrible.

Wow that lady that was in today was so incredibly rude. I understand if you have had a bad day but if you a customer thats there and is not being rude to you why be so rude to them. This lady was such in a bad mood she was throwing veggies everywhere she didn't wait to the toaster to stop, she took the subs out before the time. They way she was talking to me seemed like she didn't want to be there. When I got home all the veggies were out of the sub!

Poor customer service and the food was so so.

They wouldn't sell me just a loaf a bread even if I paid for a whole sandwich? What? Why not?
