Great customer service would return to this location
We visited this location on 7th of August (Saturday) around 6.45pm. The person was there not a friendly one. But I wanted to have a friendly chat while I was ordering my food. I ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki and a foot long spicy Italian. I asked him to toast the bread with American cheese . While I was there I smelled something like sewerage. I asked him about it and he admitted that they have a sewerage issue. Some how we paid him $17.25.My friend said sandwiched was cold. I opened mine, then realized they were not toasted at all and no any cheese added as well. I was very unhappy and threw both sandwiches into the trash can. Really wanted to go back and talk to him, but was too late.Next day I planned to stop by there and talk to a manager. Luckily red the reviews and decided to not to go there. Because according to the reviews that store has a military type management system.Be careful, I never recommend this store to anyone.Incident should be on daily recordings.
Had a wonderful conversation with the owner about his home land India and corona. The good thing was that he and the works were genuine and kind.

Don’t go there again, the sub I bought was tasteless, I bought 12” chicken teriyaki sub with other mixers. Bread, chicken and other salads were nasty and rancid nothing was fresh. I regret to go there .
Horrible staff
I had a problem with my order and the restaurant would not answer the phone.
The lousy attention that the person who works there treats customers badly this Monday at 9:20 a.m. did not serve customers
Placed the order on the App and it was ready when the store opened no hassle. Just pick up wrapped up ready to go.
There are afew nice people here, but there is one person that is there who allways has a chip on her shoulder and allways flirting in the back with her boyfriend.. Beware of any interaction with her she is salty and unprofessional. ?
