Does not actually have a drive thru...Ordered 2 ice coffee with sweetener, both were missing sweetner
If I could give zero stars I would. This is absolutely disgusting…I didn’t notice the cap because I had cold foam covering it and didn’t notice until it dissolved. But I just gave birth to a baby 4 days ago and this is extremely gross. How could you not notice you dropped a whole cap in my drink?! Will be calling the store and whoever else I need to because not only are you putting my health at risk but also my new born baby’s. CRAZY how careless people can be.
Starbucks in Montrose Crossing Center, North Bethesda, MD. Asked for a ceramic or glass cup for my americano since i don't like coffee out of paper cups. Planned to stay in shop for awhile waiting for a friend. Manager suggested i BUY one of their ceramic mugs. She said due to covid they provide only paper cups. Covid streams by the way never detected in water and in fact can't survive in water. Even if you drink from unwashed cup after someone with covid, getting infected virtually impossible. Besides many coffee shops provide ceramic or glass cups upon request. I went to Java Nation and enjoyed my coffee from ceramic cup with guava and cheese croissant. My friend enjoyed it too. Will not be back in Starbucks.
I stopped in to get coffee and do some work using their wifi. Initially, the experience was fine and the barista friendly. However, after about 45 minutes, the staff changed and the music was blaring. I stayed another half hour and told the barista the volume of the music did not present a comfortable environment. He said he had heard that from several other customers and he apologized. No attempt was made to lower the volume. Would not recommend this location if you want a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere.
I walk almost every morning to get coffee or breakfast items. They always prepare my orders on time even on very busy days (I usually order through the App). I feel so welcomed and love their costumer service, cute signs are always so adorable and creative✨✨✨
Meh. The coffee is well, Starbucks. Not bad, but not great. Staff are friendly and responsive, parking is plentiful and the location is convenient if you're shopping in the area. However, this is NOT a cafe experience. Do not expect to work, read or even have a conversation. The staff treat the cafe like a disco or rave, blasting pop music (which I hate). I'm sure my 15 year old daughter would love this place, but not anyone wanting an alternative place to work or relax ... unless you're a dance instructor.
Fast and friendly. Whenever i visit the Montrose shopping center, i always visit this location. Free parking, spacious, knowledgeable staff, and fast service.
I always love my Starbucks stores! I go to the same few stores depending upon my drives at the time. I have never had a barista I didn't like, and very rarely had a drink not made perfectly.
I’ve been here twice and each time the lids on the coffee cups was not on correctly and leaked. Luckily it did that as I was walking in the parking lot and not sitting in my car. I probably won’t go there for drinks.
Very rude employees, I bought a couple of coffee and I saw another customer needs a piece of tape, I saw on the table,But one of the employee was lying,which is very very bad. The customer service was very bad. Please avoid this place.They don’t know what is the customer service means.
