Webster’s Dictionary defines “excellency” as “outstanding or valuable quality”. I believe this definition doesn’t even come close to describing the service I receive every time I enter this Starbucks. Corbin and Diego are stellar employees who take pride in their work and are quite hospitable. I come back to this location specifically because I know whatever product/experience I receive will be top tier. A wonderful safe haven for the coffee drinkers of the east coast. 10/10.

Hung out inside while my wife was at a doctor's appointment down the street. Enjoyed the setting and people watching. Since I'm long retired I don't have to do something on my laptop anymore. There were quite a fee people working on laptops. Guess they were on there way to work. Walked around the shopping center and stopped in the grocery store next to Starbucks.
I am very disappointed this morning Iorder a carmel macchiato, no syrup nor carmel drizzle was in so, it has no flavor and I had to dump my coffee, they need to pay more attention to orders because, it doesn't make sense we are paying for a good cup of coffee but yet it doesn't taste good at all, it is a waste of money
Good fast service from well-trained baristas. Cappuccinos are my favorite food here. I often get a slice of the lemon pound care with white lemon-flavored icing. This is a busy Starbuck, but the order takers and staff are friendly and easy to deal with. This Starbuck has freshly cleaned chairs and tables and large clear and clean windows. The outside tables and chairs are cleaned as well. Anice pleasant place for a quick coffee drink.
Nothing big is wrong with this Starbucks but they keep getting my orders wrong. If you don’t have it anymore, just tell me instead of giving me stuff I don’t even like
Stayed a couple of days near the Fallsgrove Village Center in Rockville and happy to see this Starbucks location. Pretty but fast service. Got our London Fog Tea and snacks. Great parking adjacent.

I’ve been dealing with this location for years now. I get the same Iced Americano most mornings, nothing fancy. While I don’t particularly think it’s a difficult drink to make correctly, I’ve had issues with service many times. Whether the drink is diluted, room temp, or just unsatisfactory, I’ve given this location enough chances. There are a few gems that work here, otherwise it’s attitudes and eye rolls. There seems to be no direction just multiple members running around.
I stopped by last night and even though the google hours stated 9:00 pm, one employee said “they closed early for tonight,” but the manager said the shift supervisor said they changed their hours. Very unprofessional!!
