I am convinced this is the slowest Starbucks in the city! If you are in a time crunch take the extra time to go to a different location and it will still be faster. You have been warned.
I go to this Starbucks ONLY because I leave in the neighborhood and is convenient. I give it 1 stars some of the workers are very rude and not helpful at all. They’re also not well informed about their inventory. Some of the evening workers have a bad attitude and get agitated over little things. I ask for a Starbucks paper bag and without even checking to see if she had one, she claimed she didn’t. Another time she was there alone, and another employee came in to release her. She rushed out of the store without even telling the other barista the items they were out of. He had to refund my money back because they were out of some ingredients for two drinks I wanted. I would love to have a stand-alone Starbucks in the plaza maybe they would provide better service. They need to train workers in customer service skills and how to do the drinks well. The ice teas are supposed to be shaken and then place in the cup not just pore the tea and ice. PLEASE PROVIDE TRAINING.
I gave this place 5 stars because couple of workers are nice here; However, whoever worked here on April 3rd from 3pm to 4pm had a bad attitude and visibly got agitated over little things. She ran out of whipped cream, offered sweet cream and gave the drink with no thank you or eye contact. Also it took a long time to make this one drink and there were no other customers. Poor customer service and won't come back again ?
The Safeway worker in this "Starbucks" are doing their best but there need to be way more staff to meet the demand. It's very slow. If you are looking for a quick coffee go elsewhere.
Did not have breakfast sandwiches when I went to the store at 8 am.
The Starbucks is usually out of stock of many products, due to the fact they’re in a Safeway. But the baristas themselves are very fast and nice.
Inside the local Safeway... Quick and convenient. Not all of the Starbucks line avail but good enough for a caffeine fix.

Everyone seems to be having bad experiences but I've had pleasant for the most part. If a woman named Anna is working just know your drink is going to be amazing. I just want everyone to know that she's made my drinks the past few times and I've loved every one.
