Very pleasant experience, with top notch customer service.
Took along time to make my beverage and there was nobody in there. Were not very friendly. Did not get my order correct.
If I could give them a negative score, I would, I was there at 10:42 am, placing my order for an ultimate sandwich, gave my name and paid, moved on to the end to wait for my order and after 17 minutes I decided to ask an employee for the status of my order and she pointed to a bag without name and that was the reason they didn't call out the name and sat at the counter for more than 10 minutes and she didn't offer me a replacement or anything, I'm done with this company,,never again and I'm telling my family and friends that are loyal to this company with terrible customer service,I hope there's a corporate office paying attention!
I just being in this store and David and the rest of the team made me feel very welcoming. Their customer service very professional and they made sure to get my order right. Very positive energy very different from other stores. If you are in Rockville town stop by this store. Thank you David and team for your service and patience with all customers.

Coffee is nice, frap is nice, all the drinks are pretty amazing. And the breakfast foods are good too. Definitely recommend.
Love Starbucks the staff is really nice, do not love this Matcha Green tea latte however.
A newer Starbucks located in Kentlands. Very busy. Has drive through and inside seating. Outside patio available.
First time for me to be inside at a Starbucks since the pandemic. And this was a very welcoming upscale place. Busy but not crowded. Very warm and cheerful. Had time to kill while my wife had an eye doctor appointment. I was the driver. Also enjoyed walking around the Rockville center area. Very nice. We have so many nice places in the area.
