This location has very limited street parking unless you can find a spot in the garage which only has a few visitor spots. So, I only go here when there's someone in the car with me that can run in and pickup. And I mobile order so it's waiting.Drinks have been good. Consistent. Although we did put in an order for something we saw on TikTok the other day. Turned out OK. Barista mentioned to my niece they haven't tried it yet but will.I'll still go to this location, but again... Must have someone with me to run in and pickup and mobile order only!
If you're driving, AVOID this location.Nothing bad about the workers just that this location is awful if you're looking for a super quick stop. There's absolutely no parking, at least every time that I've gone. Unless you want to idle, put on your hazards, and illegally stop in the road to pick up your drink...then there's no fast, convenient place for a a conscientious person to park.There is parallel parking, it's just always full.I always have to park across the street at the school lot and wait for the pedestrian signals or jaywalk.3 times, I've come here attempting to make a quick pitstop. Always takes a lot longer than I hope.
I had a terrible start to my day I was running late leaving out the house so I didn’t have time to make coffee. So i decide to pick up coffee by my job. I placed my order online so all I had to do was run in. I wanted inside for about 4 mins until I decided to look at my phone to make sure I placed the order. I had placed the order but it was for the wrong Starbucks. I went to front counter and let them. They said they couldn’t do anything about that I would have to call the 1-800 number.so I left out because i was now 10 minutes late for work. I called the other Starbucks that I had placed my order for and the manager answer and I let them know what’s going on. He told that they should have been able to make my order because they have the same system. And off of the fact I showed them my mobile order on my phone. I called the Gramercy store to speak with the manager but no one answered the phone and I called 3 times. I end up calling the corporate number and they said the same thing that they should have just made the order. Overall very disappointing. Let just a terrible taste in my mouth.
Store is listed to be closed 8:30pm, so supposedly, like other stores, should still provide service before 8:30pm.*However, starting 8:15pm, a lady used poor attitude to make me leave.I knew I can leave before 8:30pm because that is incorporated into my plan of arriving at my destination in time. I indeed got out the door before 8:30pm.*This lady, however, came out of the door THREATENING me to not make my drink next time.Starbucks is known for good service and good work / meeting environment.*in contrast, this lady abandoned the Starbucks values.I ordered my drink hours before closing. After finishing my drink, I was only using the space as the only customer in store. I made sure to keep the space clean and even help them wipe table and chair. Therefore, I didn’t even need the lady to provide service.Very disappointed as a customer who supported your business and purchased your overpriced products at least 4 days per week.I agree with another reviewer: Reza is wonderful. In contrast, this lady is the opposite of most Starbucks staff, even more disappointing than some other staff at this location (who are still understandable).Staff here frequently have poor attitude but I still helped them with their business because I believe in Giving. This time, this lady’s horrendous attitude and threat are very disappointing.Monday evening seems to a shift of this lady. Not sure whether commission is a part of their pay, but I recommend not coming here during this time to avoid customer experience below market standard.
They are usually “okay”. The only person that knows what he’s doing is Reza. The rest are lost and not very nice at all.They are normally fast but there are days that it could take up to 30 minutes to get a coffee
The people were great and drink was even better then other stores.
Wonderful place! Wonderful staff! Kristiniana, Reza and the staff are all amazing! They have been very helpful to me! Best Starbucks I have visited! Highly recommend!
Fast service, great iced shaken tea on a hot day!
Kept pestering me to put on a mask while I was working and sipping coffee. Extremely disruptive to my work and won’t be coming back.
