Had an idea a milkshake would be nice and remembered my favorite was from Smashburger. Well, they flavor was still there the consistency had dropped from thick and creamy to that of a smidgen above regular milk. Yes, I was disappointed but things in many places have changed over time.
Great service and even better food. These burgers are the best I've ever had. The milkshakes are perfect, and the fries are killer. I can't add a photo because there's nothing left lol. Worth every penny I spent.
UPDATE:I had a poor experience several months ago and never went back. I am sure it was just one of those days. My daughter wanted to have lunch there. I was PLEASANTLY surprised to see that some of my concerns that were raised months ago were addressed. I also appreciated the sign on the door mentioning that it could take extra time. Managing expectations. John was very polite and helpful. He was excited about the selections and even said “you are really going to like that” . He was so respectful and courteous to every person that walked in. When I walked in, there were no extra customers. John was cleaning up the fountain drink area and immediately stopped what he was doing, acknowledged my presence and said “WELCOME TO SMASHBURGER I will be right with you”. He quickly walked to the register and took our order. I don’t think he mentioned the loyalty program, but there was a sign directly in front of the register. The Cod sandwich was SOOOOOO good. My daughter enjoyed her burger. I also loved the sweet potato fries!
I ordered a fish sandwich which hit the spot. It was on a Friday and the fish sandwich was buy 1 get another 1 for $1. The sandwich reminded me of Arby's fish sandwich which is cool but it was more then double the cost. The cost reflected more on location then taste. Food was good but I feel they've out priced their competitors.
I was craving a burger and they definitely delivered ! I’ve passed this place many times but today I decided it was time to try it ! I ordered the double avocado bacon burger and it knocked it out of the park for me! I’m not huge on burgers and this one has for made an impression. To have a juicy and flavorful burger accompanied by some Smash fries that were perfectly seasoned !!!! It was a smash for sure and I will absolutely be returning !
The burger w/chorizo was really good but the garlic rosemary fries and Brussel sprouts were alittle tool greasy. Still a good place if you only plan on not eating any of the sides.
Did not knock or text when food was delivered. They dropped it on my wet doormat and left! I found it inedible a half hour later. The manager offered a refund, but she asked me a question then hung up on me. My only response was, "what?" because I did not understand what she said. Of course no refund was forthcoming. Horrible experience and THE WORST FOOD! WET, COLD, MUSHY... disgusting! HORRIBLE DELIVERY!! $65 WASTED... AND I GAVE THEM A $15.00 TIP!!!!!!! NEVER order from this heap of a "burger joint". It's a horrible joke and a ripoff!
Just tried this new place and i must say that five guys has been bumped down to number 2 on my burger spot. Burgers here are amazing.
Great customer service. Especially from the guy at the register. Food is mediocre at best and over priced. No way two kids tenders, fries and drink is almost $8. The burger was small and did not have that much flavor. Too much bread for the actual patty.
I found out last month of November 2021 that they open at 8:00AM and 8:30AM during the week. I visited this restaurant twice last month of November and once this month of December. The staff are always cordial, courteous, and professional! I enjoy going to this restaurant as well as having hamburgers for breakfast, awesome! ?? The supervisor Timothy and his assistant supervisor Kristi are always friendly and will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome at their restaurant! Thank you for the great food and always making me feel welcome!
