I really like the concept of this noodle house. It takes a traditional rice noodle dish from Yunnan and gives a modern twist, but still doesn't lose its authenticity. My experience was great. The staff there are very friendly and recommended a delicious dish for me. It is also reasonably priced. Love! ❤️??
Me and my friends love this place. They have various soup and add-on for your choices. I personally like sour and spicy soup but I think some people may not like it. For those we don’t, chicken broth could be a really good try. They don’t have many seats inside but it usually won’t take too much time to finish the meal.
The food was just divine, the atmosphere and the noodles all came together perfectly, all with a small price tag for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this, and its very family friendly, so long as your children wont touch the hot pot!
I am always willing to drive 40+ minutes to this place from VA to enjoy this fantastic rice noodles. They deserve even 5+ stars.
So delicious and well displayed food. The service is good too and the dishes were served quickly.
I’ve been told that this is Yunnan Province’s version of Pho because they are rice noodles with a fresh hot broth where you throw all the cold ingredients into the hot broth within ten seconds (hence the name of this place translated into English- 10 second noodle) so that they cook in an instant. Anyway I had the fish and sour cabbage version and it was very fresh and tasty
If you have been ordering take out since this restaurant opened last year, try dine in. The tastes is even better. The rice noodles are what they supposed to taste like. The soup base is pretty good. When you dine in, soup can be brought out boiling and you’ll add the small dishes and finally the noodles. This is how it is supposed to be prepared. Of course, you can choose to allow kitchen to add everything.
First time trying bridge noodle soup. Looks small with tiny additions, but was plenty tasty. Looking forward to being back and trying other soups.
What else can you ask for for ten dollars, affordable, full table, full of ceremonial sense, although it is an improved version, but at least it is fresh and hot, the taste is okay, and the service is okay. The portion is a bit small, and the same affordable route as the Pho 75 next to it, I will come again. thanks.
Very happy this place opened as it has been my family’s go to take out place whenever we don’t want to cook but want to eat a tasty meal with a lot of ingredients and flavor. Their noodle dishes are authentic and packs good heat. Besides their main dishes, they have a good variety of side dishes (e.g. salt & pepper squid, spiced roast beef, etc.) and they also have a surprisingly good selection of beverages (my favorite being their lychee fruit tea which includes several real lychee in it). Highly recommend.
