What!!!! A new spot for Roy Rogers!!! Are they making a come back?!? The store was very big and spacious. Everything was modern and new. The condiment & toppings bar was clean and neat.When it comes to fast food I do expect there to be consistency within the process of food is prepared. So for this instance when I went. All my food was hot and delicious.
Soda machines were down for 30 min, but the guy working on them was really helpful. He actually was the only person that was helpful and he was a contractor for Coca Cola. The food here is not good at all, and management is lazy. My fries were cold so I had to take them back. The chicken didn’t taste that great either. Stay away from this location. The Roy Rogers in Springfield sells good fresh food.
Went in at 9:40 on a Thursday night. They close at 10. I apologized to the staff for coming in late, but they're one of the few options for quick eating after 9 pm and I wanted some of that fantastic chicken (best fast food fried chicken in our area in my opinion.) I got such an attitude from the people there for coming in 20 minutes before close. Was told I couldn't order certain foods. I live in DC and had just finished a 12+ hour work day. I've been there many times and multiple times they've screwed up my order and given me wrong items or left items out. I double check every piece of food now. That being said, after this last encounter I'll be going to the one in Aspen Hill from here on out. They've given me a much better experience on every level at that store. The Rockville location needs some internal reorganization before I'll head back. The chicken can be gotten elsewhere.
I enjoy going to this location. The restaurant is very clean. The staff is very pleasant . The fried chicken is usually cooked good not to hard. The fixin bar is fresh and crispy toppings.
Amazing! Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was very pleasing. Facility was Immaculate!!I even had to clean my own table. Not, because they wouldn't. Just the cleanliness of the Entire Building (out and in).

I got the large roast beef sandwich,large fries and a unsweet tea.The place was not busy but all of my food was hot and delicious.The little fixings bar was stocked with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onions and pickles.The place was very clean and the atmosphere was nice.Very relaxing place to eat a great meal.And I needed it.It's been a rough month.My wife's been pretty sick and a really nice meal was a nice break from all the sadness recently.So many thanks to the manager and his great team there.Even at almost eight o'clock at night,all the food was great ,hot and delicious.In a clean,relaxing place.Thanks folks.

Seems much improved over previous visits. Service was good. Food took a while but it was tasty. I'll be back sooner than later.
There's nothing better than a Double R Trigger Burger along with hot french fries Mmmm tasty. Good fast service. I wish there were more RR.The only thing that is disappointing is the terrible Edy's ice cream they used to have Hershey's Ice Cream which was much better.
