The sour cream for burritos, fajitas etc has been watered down for years. If I request sour cream, the consistency should be the same as one can purchase at a grocery store. The other concern is low grade beef. Much grizzle some fat. The grilled chicken.. a bit too dry. Fajitas filling right skimpy. Disappointing.
Delicious! These bowls, tacos and quesadillas are way better than once at chipotle’s. QDOBA has a better fixing verity so you can make better combination of food with. Cost wise your looking at the same price as chipotle. I don’t know why but I can only force myself to go to chipotle once a month if that. I have visited several locations and the servers have always been very friendly. Highly recommend giving QDOBA a try. I really think you’ll like it.

I know they're busy in there all day and I understand. They barely put any meat in my burrito/ 90% rice.. Customer service is not existent. I don't know if it's a language barrier or the giant plastic shield Between us, but I find myself having to repeat myself 3 or 4 times for them to get the order correct even when speaking loudly. It was just overall not a great experience..
Disgusting.Waste of time and money.Got my mother a burrito bowl and even before she opened it she yelled that she saw something move inside the bowl. Naturally, I called her crazy, but opened my phones camera anyway just in case. Took a picture of it and the bug didn't even fly away as it continued running across the food. Needless to say everything was thrown out.This review is for the Qdoba, located at 128 Rollins Ave, Rockville, MD.
