Olo was very cheerful, sweet, friendly and helpful with all my questions about the app process. She really took the time and patience to give me above and beyond service.The two gentlemen who made our sandwiches listened to me and my questions as I had never been there before. Our sandwiches were spectacular. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and this really made my day that there are still workers who seem to love what they are doing. Thank you Olo. Hired me, partially trained me but strung me along repeatedly and then never put me on the schedule, then repeatedly refused to pay me for the training that I completed, denying that I had ever performed any work for them!Utterly unscrupulous and corrupt management.
On duty manager Hannah was very patient with helping us figure out if we forgot to order an item or if we paid for it and didn't receive it.Absolute gem of a manager, patience even during closing time deserves a shout-out.
Have been going to the shop for the better part of 15 years It's always been a good shop as of late it seems like there's new management and they're doing quite well. Food is always fresh and tasty. I get the grilled chicken club constantly the bacon is always good.
Sandwiches are always made as noted. I love their sandwiches, be it chicken or veggie melt. Have used catering menu option as well few times from this store, they continue to make going elsewhere difficult each time. Want to give a big shoutout to Ana Campos ( I think) who was very professional over the phone, and handled my order perfectly. She saved us in a moment of crisis and went over and beyond to ensure that we were delighted with the whole experience.
I used to work for your management is bad general managers terrible the food is not good too expensive it's just not a good place

I ordered my lunch online for a noon pick-up time. I was on my lunch break from work so I had very limited time. It was busy when I got there. There were people in line waiting to order and people near the register waiting for their pick-up orders. After about 20 minutes of waiting, one of the staff asked for my name, she then indicated my order was never made because they didnt have the ingredients. They didn't offer any apology or a gift card, they only asked if I wanted another sandwich but at this point I only had enough time on my lunch break to walk back to work. I asked for a refund and was told no refunds are given at the store that I should see a credit back to my card in about 3-5 business days. As of today, still nore credit. I was very disappointed and would have appreciated a phone call or email in advance to let me know they didn't have the ingredients. Contact information is required to place on online order and I'm not sure why they thought it was a good move to have the customer go to store and wait 20 minutes just to be told the order was never made.***Update as of 9/26/21***Although someone from potbelly replied to my review requesting I send them an email, no one ever replied to the email. Since I never recieved the refund I had to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my bank.
