Grew up in the area and this has never been a great popeyes. Go to the one a couple miles away on Old Georgetown instead.Got two orders here tonight. Order 1 was missing its fries. Order 2 wasn't ready despite it being marked ready in the app. The fries that came with order 2 were cold. And something was wrong with the biscuits. They didn't taste good. That's a lot wrong with just two meals.The chickens always fresher at the location down the street and they dont get my order wrong hardly ever.
The place itself is kinda meh, especially the tv blasting news in the corner, but the food is alright. The chicken in the sandwich is better than the chicken in the tenders.

I enjoy chick-fil-a. I went to Popeye's to try their crispy chicken sandwich. The sandwich is amazing! Unfortunately, that was lost with terrible customer service and my sandwich being cold. I arrived, I saw my sandwich come up. It sat and sat and sat and sat. Eventually, they grabbed the fries, and put it in a bag and then put it to the side and walked away. I had to ask someone to look for my order for them to grab it. Sad that such a nice sandwich is ruined by a poorly run restaurant.
