Pho wasn't the best, but it was average. I thought the quality of the fatty brisket and soft tendons weren't of the better quality... definitely had better. The egg rolls were crispy but were mediocre. Also another reason for the lower rating was due to the inconvenience of having to pay by CASH only. No checks or no credit cards accepted. Why? What if I'm short on change, or don't have enough left for a Tip? I for one don't frequently carry a roll of dough. Lastly, the tables weren't that clean.
This place is so popular! People come and go. The pho is recommended. It makes me crave for it here and there. The staff are also nice and helpful. For someone like me who eats less, small serving is more than enough for me.

Wow the pho here is delicious, I ordered #7 for carry out and am so happy with my decision to try this place out. This has instantly become my favorite place to get pho in Rockville, Maryland.
This used to be the best place to get pho in Maryland. The broth has been just not quite right the last two times I've been, too salty and spices just not there - it is still a good bowl of soup, just not a good bowl of pho. Guess I'm driving to northern Virginia for pho now. Prices have also increased because of the pandemic, and different drinks are unavailable and the iced coffee comes pre-made instead of at the table in the little personal coffee filter like it does at most Vietnamese recipes.
I really wanted to like this place. I came in a rush because the pho place I usually go to is closed on Tuesday’s. There was too many noodles for my liking but I should have asked for less. There were a lot of impurities in the broth. They only take cash as well. The restaurant is a hole in the wall type of establishment which usually have the best food but unfortunately that was not the case here.
Took cash only. I don't mind that but wasn't on the door or anywhere until you sat down...had to walk down the street to get money out of a money machine for a $2.75 surcharge. We were there so we decided to eat. You really don't get greeted, you just get grunted at by the owner/manager whomever. It was very dingy and and the bathrooms were not up to par. The lock on the bathroom door in the men's room stall was completely rusted. The soup was decent... Trying to get a to go container took about 5 minutes or so and then getting the check or figuring out how to get the check took another 5 minutes. With all 4 customers in there including us being 2 of the 4 customers. Last trip to that location. Best of luck to them.
Seated right away, was not as packed as I was expecting or is usually. Ordered quick, and food made it out quicker. Amazing pho! Had a large #7.Quality was excellent, I think I didn't leave a single drop of broth on the bowl. Had a nice chai tea, and corn pudding on the side. Both were really delicious.
The broth is amazing! 10/10 would recommend. Food comes out fast and service is good!
Soup was decent and portion size was typical. Price was just right but they did not have spring rolls which was a huge let-down as that is a staple side for me when I go for Pho.
