Horrible customer service. One of two pizzas I ordered was not delivered (a delivery guy just told me that he got only one pizza from the store). I eventually canceled the undelivered pizza after more than 1.5 hr waiting. A manager told me that he can give me a credit for the canceled order but didn't do it until now (more than 2 weeks from the time of my order).
they had to remake the pizza. but overall good service .
I love Papa Johns more than anyone, but you all sent me two pizzas tonight that were burnt on the bottom! :( Disappointing.
Selective pizzas are good, cannot try new types every time.
I really like Papa John’s Pizza. Their pizza is yummy and their brownies are rich and tasty. I just had chicken wings for the first time in several years as I’m back to eating chicken again. The wings hit the spot as the meat was moist and the meat melted in my mouth. The Ladies who record the order are super polite and really patient as well as being totally accurate.
Usually great place. Tonight I ordered a pizza that took 2 hours to arrive and was of course cold. Had to re-cook it myself ? 2 hours for an $18 pizza that cost $30 after delivery fee and tip. I am incredibly disappointed ?
The store was clean, great customer service from Cindy and team, and the pizza was good!
