It wasn’t my mistake or Uber eats’ mistake, it was Papa John’s mistake but their answer was to make it my problem to resolve. I went in person to pick up the pizza, and explained to the presumed manager that it seems misguided to place the onus on the customer to resolve their mistake. He blamed the employee and offered me a drink, which I declined.
Pizza for me is always Paps John's Pizza! Have never had any issues here. Very friendly people.
