The place is clean and well run. Unfortunately the quality of food has gone down hill. I got the new The signature take chicken sandwich. This sandwich is a disappointment and over priced McDonald's chicken sandwich. Panera has taken the sandwich from McDonald's and doctored it with garlic aioli. Not the quality panera used to be know for.Panera's flat bread pizza also leaves alot to be desired. You can buy a better microwaveable pizza from giant.Panera you need to look back at your roots for inspiration in your menu. I don't mind paying more for quality food. If you continue on your current this path I'll look else for my meals.
My second time visiting this location today (yesterday was the first) and items were missing from our order and we received no apologies whatsoever. I’m visiting from out of town and we decided to order breakfast and lunch so we didn’t have to drive there twice. Guess who had to drive there twice? We didn’t check the contents in the bag and just ate the breakfast sandwiches. Around lunchtime we noticed our parfaits were missing and we called the store and the person we spoke to first denied the order was from his store until I had to read the receipt and quote his store details and the cashier who took the order. He offered us either a refund or the parfait. I informed him I wanted the parfait. He said we can go into the store. No apologies. Said the parfait was self serve which turned out to be a lie because I checked the store when I went back and there was no such thing. We ended up having to drive back to the store and I explained what happened and the lady I spoke to also gave us the same options and yet no apology. It was a cold, awkward exchange. I’m not sure if she was expecting a thank you after being so ‘generous’ for giving us the parfait we rightfully paid for. I was definitely expecting a sorry and didn’t get it. Stole 45 mins out of my day. I don’t want any freebies; just an apology. I like Panera and will still be eating Panera but I’ll be staying away from this disappointing store.
I like this location but delivery has been challenging.I'm home sick today so I decided to get delivery since they have a contactless option I thought this would be easy. Nope I spoke to the delivery guy twice, even text my address and instructions just in case and still my order was placed next door.Sigh i put a table outside my door for my order to be placed on and alerted him of that yet it was placed at the wrong location on the floor.Idk, I would suggest going to the actual location and passing on delivery being It's not panera delivery I think they use door dash service so if it's any issues it's little they can do.
What I love about this place is the service, it is very good and fast. The staff is competent and do there work. I enkoyed watching some older staff working and helping out, keeping the place clean, though I feel they were managers or owners (Which is great they work the floor with staff if am right).Broccoli and Cheddar: I always order the exact some thing every time I come here. The best part is that I got a complete fresh batch of it! Straight out the bag! I wish I can just buy that bag and go home. Always good and consistant. It tastes exactly like its name, perfect~Nice place to come for some gru. and maybe lounge around and chat with friends or have meetings.

Men's room always smell disgusting and many times there's no soap there to wash your hend. It means worker are not able to wash their hands after using the bathroom also.This location always keep the inside temperature chill even during the winter, so people can not stay there long. It's uncomfortable even just to finish your coffee.They took out all the outlets, so you can't work on your laptop.
Didn't even order, the bathrooms were unbelievable disgusting, but there's a sign on the door acting like they clean and sanitize it. It was worse than a gas station restroom. I wasn't the only customer complaining about how gross it was.
On a Thursday morning, this Panera Bread located in Federal Plaza was busy but not super busy. The line was short and the wait time was no more than five minutes. The dining area was spacious, mostly two-person tables. Despite all the furniture, it was a great place to host a meet and greet event. I enjoyed a Cranberry Orange Muffin and a Chai Tea Latte. I liked how the muffin had a light sugar coat, fresh, and not too sweet. The Chai Tea Latte was more spiced than I had liked it but still tasted great.
This Panera needs to be updated to suit today's cyber heavy world. MORE PLUG IN OUTLETS! PLEASE!The new Manager Nick is amazing. The store has never been cleaner. Nick's positive reinforcement to his team is refreshing.
There are busy here but the food comes out fast. Staff is nice. And food is good.
