I have been going to the Fallsgrove location for many years. Really disappointed in the quality of the food recently. I frequently order the salad and the last couple of times the grape tomatoes and cucumbers were spoiled. Won’t be going back for a while.
Chipotle sandwich had mashed avocados instead of sliced and shredded chicken instead of sliced. What a disappointment! Even the taste was bland considering it had a chipotle flavor.
Toasted Roast Beef and Cheddar is the bomb.The roast beef was extremely tender and cooked perfectly. Despite toasting to melt the cheddar, there was still pink color as a proper roast beef sandwich should be. The horseradish sauce was real, not just flavored mayo.The baguette was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My favorite part were the pickled onions.I haven’t been to Panera in a long time. This visit reminded me of their high standards and why I liked them so much when they first opened. Great job Panera.
Holy smokes. I just had some kind of bbq chicken salad here. Maybe the best thing I've ever tasted. Panera is on their A game! They never disappoint me!
Love this cozy and casual place to meet up with friends and while away lazy afternoons - no one to rush you! And the food and coffee - fresh and delish! My favorite haunt.
My husband works in Rockville so he decided to grab some Panera to bring home for dinner. He ordered a Greek salad and a cup of the Ten Vegetable Soup for me.I was excited to have the soup because I've had it before from our local Panera and it was good.Unfortunately, this soup had a long, nasty strand of hair in it. We will NOT be ordering from this location again. That's disgusting!!
Very frustrating. I used to have consistently good experiences at this Panera but now am having consistently bad experiences. Twice in a row I was given the wrong frozen coffee drink and didn’t realize until I was home and now 3 times in a row my cinnamon crunch bagel tastes like an everything bagel on one side and finally my caramel latte had no caramel in it twice… in spite of my ordering extra caramel. Each time I order through the app and leave a tip. Maybe they are too busy to get pick up orders correct. I will no longer be going to this Panera.
Consistently leaves out food that I pay for in online orders. First time they missed bacon in a sandwich that I paid extra to have put in, that wasn’t a big deal. Second time they missed an entire half of a sandwich that I paid full price for with a soup ($16 total, I didn’t order a pick two). Didn’t feel like driving back to the store after I got home and opened the bag to find missing food on both occasions…
Wonderful Panera location that is about 100 times better than that Kentlands one. Very clean, wonderfully friendly and courteous staff. Truly the standard-bearer for this chain. The managers here do a terrific job.
It is becoming unpleasant here. I am a frequent customer at this place, mostly dining. Buy today....The staff behind the counter drowned out the whole Restaurant. I am not against a good atmosphere but this loud screaming and giggling is too much. Besides they turned on the air-conditioning!!! People are sitting in their jackets, it's very cold inside...not as usual...Another thing...how can cleaning ladies vaccum during the restaurant with a loud vacuum cleaner during opening hours ?? I haven't seen this anywhere else ..I recorded it ..unbelievable!To be fair, until this day I have been very satisfied...I will give it another try and see if something changes ...hopefully, cause I like the food, the friendly people and in general their concept. But customer experience should go first!
