I went during customer appreciation week ($6 dollar large one topping pizzas). They were swamped with orders but maintained professionalism, composure, and very polite customer service. They allowed fresh mozzarella for the topping even though it is priced in the premium tier. The pizza was truly amazing when I finally got to try it at home. Perfect chewy crust, good amount of sauce, excellent cheese. The garden salad with house dressing, was crisp and fresh as well!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. They do not even deserve 1 star!We ordered food 1 hour and 40 minutes ago and it still has not arrived!If this restaurant wants to make things right they should refund our $$. Then maybe I will use their services again!
Gotta love the authentic and legitimate hand tossed pizzas? I can't say enough positive things about the food and the staff that I've encountered during my repeated visits to Paisanos. You gotta try it @ least once, you'll love it. guaranteed. Just about the whole menu is good but I say go for the pizza?
Worst pizza ever. I got the wrong size and they blamed me because I ordered through a third party- THEY confirmed the order; therefore it was their fault. Horrible customer service and they didn't offer me anything after they messed my order up. Don't order here, the pizza is dry, stale, not enough sauce, and RUDE service. Don't order here, there's so many other chains around this area that are far better. Trash.
Worst pizza ever! Took forever to deliver my food and the driver was rude. Also, I didn't get everything I ordered. Their quality control is awful. I always have to call and let them know something was forgotten from my order. Never eat here!
Nasty and dry pizza. Tastes like store bought ragu on the pizza. Are you guys using pasta sauce? LOL

After 3 hours of waiting I never received my order. A shame. Pizza used to be okay. Now it's terrible. Pizza is burnt with gigantic bubbles half the time and the sauce is too sweet.Might order 1 more time just to upload a picture of how bad its gotten.
