Bar tender didn't know how to make a Manhattan and they didn't have oranges for an old fashion. Bartender was nice and apologetic.
Great customer service, tasty food on fair prices
Met some old friends for breakfast on a Saturday. The coffee came right away but after that, things went downhill fast. Had to try to get a server's attention about 4 times before we could get water brought to the table. Then it took about 10-15 minutes for them to come take our order - which was not produced for another 15 minutes and then not in accordance with one person's specifications. My order (oatmeal) came our so watery that it was inedible but we didn't have time to send it back. When our check came, it was wrong and didn't include one of our meals. The place was not that crowded and we were not that demanding. But we were definitely not pleased with our experience.
I loved the service from manager Albert who was very attentive and polite. I will definitely be back here more often for the great service
The menu has not changed in over 3 years!!!! Time for at least some changes. Most places at least update a small portion quarterly..

Was staying at the Hilton and got a $10 credit towards Olive's, so decide to try it. Sat at the bar for dinner. Bartender was slightly helpful, but 1/3 of the taps were out, so selection was limited. Ordered a burger and fries. It was okay, average at best. There are much better options within a block or two, so I suggest a short walk instead of Olive's. BTW, can't imagine coming here if I was staying at the hotel. I would be very disappointed.
