Love this place. Best sushi, so much variety. They are nice and fast aswell.
Delicious sushi, best I’ve had around Rockville. Definitely recommend the sweet potato tempura!
Over the course of many visits we've had quite a few different sushi options, and a few of the fried/cooked surprises as well. Everything has been delicious, fresh, beautiful, and awesome! We've never eaten inside (due only to COVID) but everything is still tasty and beautifully presented even after travel. You'll be super happy to have this sushi supply in your neighborhood!
I ordered 45 minutes in advance and still had to wait 15 minutes! All the time having delivery drivers pushing past me and yelling for their pick up orders. What was worse was the size and quality of the sushi. Huge rice balls with very thick cuts of fish. The only way we could consider eating it was to just eat the fish like it was sashimi. If I could rate less than 1 star I would give it zero stars…
Not a good service. Overcrowded delivery system. went over your shoulder to pick up orders. No clear and not enough menus to choose from. No patience to explain the options for the non sushi experts. 60 min waiting and not undertanding the conversation with masks and poor English. All this at 6pm on a Friday night, I given the right order at the end. Paying now 60$:(
Ordered Chicken Teriyaki from here. They have great sushi but don't try anything else on their menu. Paid extra for white meat and this must be the cheapest chicken breasts they can buy. It was completely fibrous and had the worst texture. If you're a texture eater, stay away from their chicken.
I tried this place yesterday for the first time and went back again today. It’s the best spicy tuna roll I’ve found in the whole DC area. The spicy crunchy avocado roll is SO good!!
I have been buying sushi from Nagoya Sushi for several years. Most of the time my orders contain Boston Roll. So, I know very well how it should be made. Usually I do not have any problem with my orders. Except that sometimes they charge different amount for the same order. But recently something changed. Last Friday I placed two orders online, one for me and one for my son. Both orders contained Boston Roll. When I came to pick up my orders I checked my orders and noticed the Boston Roll in both boxes did not look right. It looked smaller. I showed that to a store employee but store manager showed up and told me that rolls are fine. And she spoke aggressively. So, I paid for my orders and went home. However, when my family and I started eating the sushi we found that Boston Rolls were not good. Two side pieces in each roll supposed to be the biggest ones. But they were small and did not have shrimp at all. They had just a tiny portion of rice covered by big piece of lettuce. Why the manager was so aggressive? Did she know that rolls were bad? You want to make more money by fooling your customer? You will loose more than you make.
Very fresh chirashi sushi, you will love it
Mediocre for a good price. I would rather have spent more money for better sushi.
