I was a very loyal client at this store. Come here very often. At least once a week. About 3-4 weeks ago I was in a business meeting close by and did a phone order for 3 combos.I just stopped by pick up the bag and left. Once I got back to the meeting I found out the bag was fromSomeone else and only had 2 order and we’re not what we ordered. Because I did not have time toCome back, I just let it alone till the next time I would come by. I did come back 2 more time and kept forgetting to tell them . Finally today I remember and they did not want to give me the credit because I didn’t call.Ridiculously wrong. That’s why I don’t recommend.On top they make a mistake, not standing behind it, tells me something about the way the do business. And I don’t do business with people like this. I don’t need to rip someone off for $15.00You just have to do the right thing.I’ll never go to this place again. And will talk people out of it too.Lesson learned.
Let me start by saying the food is really good. However, it is also quite pricey, which is not really justified by the amount of food, or the quality. I mean, $60 for 3 people to have a paper napkin lunch from a pick up window?Some of the table are not as clean as they should be, with crumbs and cup runs still visible. The food is tasty and warm when it comes over the counter.
This network of genuine Persian restaurants never lets you down. They also offer two parking spaces for curbside pickup, and their meal is always delicious!
Horrible dining environment. Less than appetizing food, employee taking order who is frustrated and rude because she could not understand my language (English).
Awesome kabob. Just what the Dr. ordered. Reasonably priced. Large portions. Ample parking. Very plain interior. Just a couple of tables and chairs. No view except the parking lot. Not a place to host a party. Workers are friendly and service is fast. No mask mandate. Would order takeout and enjoy it elsewhere. Give it a try! The food is awesome!
Just not up to the standards we expected and got from them in the past. The rice was the best part of the meal. Second best part was the baklava
The Kabobs are so tender and spiced just right and the yellow rice just makes a perfect lunch or snack or even dinner. Popular and quick service .
I've been ordering from this location for the last 3 years. In the last 3-4 months the customer service has gone down. our orders have been messed up from missing sauces we've paid for or missing bread. Thankfully the food is still amazing so I can deal with a missing Must-o-Mooseer once and a while.
Worst place as they never give you or whole order when you order take out. Will not honor to refund or admit their mistake ( ordered combo 1 with extra and not even got the basic combo 1). Instead they will try to convince it’s your mistake. Their management is worse over the phone to get a response. Order from kentlands location much better staff. Never again stay away .can’t give less than 0 as google won’t let me.
