Consistent service a majority of the time. Some customizations for menu items are wrong but it really happens only 5% of the time. No drive-thru service here but highly recommend their curbside service!
I choose to go up to the Mcdonalds in Rockville over this one because this one has no drive-thru. Otherwise it’s a mcdonalds and it’s exactly what you would expect. Some sketch balls hang out here in the parking lot sometimes late at night. Yes it’s a 24 hour location with no drive thru. No there is no staffed security.
The black cashier woman was really nice. But the hispanic lady giving the orders, wasn’t nice at all, and my burger barely had mayonnaise and lettuce, my fries were so empty
This is the absolute worst McDonalds ever. If you order on line you sometimes get the right order. If you order in store with a cashier forget about getting your order correct. It’s like they just order whatever they think you want or what they have. Last three times I went I got wrong sandwich a double cooked brick of a potato cake and cream in my coffee when I wanted black.Breakfast was the only thing I used to get at McDonald’s, now it will be nothing ever again at this terribly managed location.
I come here often while I'm working at north bethesda market and they always get my order correct with fresh tasting meals ,this is my favorite McDonald's around
The Latin guy who worked the register did not fully understand orders and the two women in the kitchen were so loud talking about their personal business. They were speaking Spanish, but I speak it so it knew what she was saying. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Tried the sausage burritos. Not much sausage.
By far the worst mc Donald in the state of MD, All tables where dirty with food from b4 customers. The staff can barely speak English and is really hard to understand even the order numbers. there's two soda fountain one didn't work the icemaker so it was out of ice,and the one with a little ice left, the coke was out.
Very busy at 3pm. Only saw 3 people working. 6 customers standing & waiting for food. No large drinks being sold b/c they had no lids. Outside door it looked like someone had a big spill, people walking through it and tracking it into restaurant. Hard to believe this was a McDonald's across from White Flint Metro. Certainly need more staff.
Under the circumstances, the staff performed to the best if their ability, food was ok, fries could of been a tad better
Some goofy folks but it was good. Stay safe ‼️?
