I couldn't login on the kiosk to earn my rewards. Service was fast and the Crew was very friendly
This is the worst McDonald's in the area. They don't toast the breakfast English muffin buns, the sandwiches come out cold and don't taste good with a cold English Muffin. The ice is disgusting, tastes like nobody has cleaned the machines or the water lines in many years. They turn off the mobile app an hour before they close. I'll drive to the other location on Frederick Rd. because this place is far below average. PS The ice coffee always tastes very bitter here as well. They badly need some new management here.
They made me a Big Mac with quarter pounder fresh beef patties. It was glorious.
Would not go back here. ordered at 8:30pm mcd app got there at 8:45pm told me they turned off the mcd app service and I had to order off the menu which the prices were raised after 9pm. The manager is not a nice person. Business needs to lose there mcdonalds franchise license.
Seems if you buy any more than a meal, they have you pull onto the side to wait for them for a while. I usually use the app & they were rude when they couldn't find my order. I understand they might not be able to integrate with the app very well, but could at the very least been a bit more polite. This has been near my house almost since I was born, I am a very regular visitor, & have noticed many changes in employees/management in more recent years. I hope they get it together like they had for so long in the past, when it was 24/7 drive-thru for years (other locations in my county went back to 24/7 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
I have never been more impressed with an employee at any McDonald's ever until I came to his one for a points redemption and it was unbelievable how this young lady was doing the best damn service ever and it showed how much am employee can make the most common everyday purchase of most the world and I never thought I cod actually have a great visit that had me feeling better and in a even greater mood then I was walking in.... I would actually go out of my way to order from this McDonald's rather then the one next to my place or the other being passed on the way.....
Such rude service. Done with McDonalds bc of the continued lack of customer service. The cheapness isn’t worth it.
The best McD’s in the area. Prompt, friendly, food is always fresh.

The fries were soggy. The remade them, but still soggy. Not crisp like McDonalds fries usually are
