ZERO STAR! Staff is so rude regarding their mistake.. and hang up the phone while still on the line explaining about their mistake on deducting money on my debit card that i never even ordered.. promise a day to me that i will pick up the cash refund but the staff never communicate on the promised day employee.. its not all about their mistake now.. its all about how rude the staff who is answering the phone at veirsmill branch..
the drive through person did not make direct eye contact with me, he never put the order in correctly. we had to go inside and order the missing piece of our order. they should be more attentive and make eye contact to hear the person. along with this, the two LARGE french fries we ordered was half of the amount.
Lady at the first window was inattentive and stayed on her phone even though I waited at the window for a while but proceeded to take the next person's order when I drove away.
The lady at the initial window was lazy, rude, and condescending. She thought bc I was Black I couldn’t understand her mutter about me in Spanish. I actually FLUENTY speak the language. If she doesn’t want to work she shouldn’t have shown up. When I was A teen up until 21 I worked for the McDonald’s corporation in the 1990s and early 2000s. How times have changed. I would NEVER treat customers with such attitude. I’ll be doing the survey as well.

They are always so nice,and the food is always so freshThere is one closer, but I always go to the one in Twinbrook for those reasons.
Service is very touch and go. Sometimes good, alot of times terrible.
8 dollars for a big breakfast!I can get a better breakfast at Dennys for five and top notch for 3-5 bucks more at IHOP.Wont be getting this anymore. That is to expensive for breakfast here
They had a guy with a touch pad at the drive-thru. It really helps speed things up.
