It’s great for some who likes burnt hard French fries and dry chicken sandwiches. Nope wasn’t satisfied, but then again you get what you pay for
Worst McDonald's I've been to, POS employee comeout at 1.pm today with tablet to take order at drive through, miserable attitude no Hi or thank you, get home to eat food and the crispy chicken sandwich bun had nothing in it beside burned patty and 2 pieces of pickle, literally that's all it had, no wonder Chickfila is always busy, need serious management attention or close this damn business downUPDATE: Been there 3 times on different timing, they seem to improve alot with customer service and food that comes out, hope it stays this way
Staff are lazy and seem miserable. They don't talk.... Instead if saying "hi, can I take your order?" they'll just look at you silently, punch buttons, then hand you a receipt without saying anything. Things get so backed up that they just neglect the front, leaving a crowd of customers standing around waiting for food (which takes a RIDICULOUS amount of time for" fast food"). I keep telling myself I won't go back.
Ample parking and sitting space inside, clean. Typical McDonald's menu. On a busy road in a nice area. Very popular.
Always great service at this location so far, food was the best I've tasted since reopening. Nuggets cooked just right, not dry.Driveway is tight at the corner of Route 1 and University Blvd...patience in the parking lot and drive through please.
I thought the McDonald's near quince orchard was bad been waiting 15 mins for a breakfast sandwich and a drink still have not done it, don't go inside here, hell dont at all took 18 mins to get my food.

I love going to McDonald’s, the convenience of ordering through the app and having it brought out to the vehicle is a time saver.I did try a few times using the app for drive thru orders but every single time they would have you park to process the order. Unless it was like ice cream or a soda.One of the main reasons I never use app to drive thru order feature.Food quality is that of fast food. If you use the app, your lunch could be as cheap as $3.49 (cheeseburger, fries, drink)
It no longer like back in the days ,when people used to be a little bit nicer, now there's even stabbing like the McDonald's at 355 Rockville md; from one employee who stab the other that work there. So Be ware and square (BE CAREFUL).
This is one of the nicest, cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been to! The staff is friendly and the food is always good. It comes out so quickly and the orders are always correct.
