HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Spent $50 on dinner. I was served old, hard chicken tenders. Drove back to the location, requested fresh chicken. It was a whole dilemma. Looked for different location, all the KFC’s in this area have very poor reviews. If you don’t have to have it, pass.
I'm really afraid to try this place again since my last time wasn't the best experience and after reading the reviews I'm not so sure I'll every go back. I think management needs to either let this place go and make it into another restaurant or fire the staff and start a over
I asked for no briskets because my son has a milk allergy. Still got briskets anyway. Fortunately they were positioned in such a way as to only tough one piece so we worked around it.
The only consistency you get here is rude attitude and bad service. Why torture yourself and have your appetite ruined? Go to somewhere else. McDonald’s has much better service than this.
The service is HORRIBLE! We had to wait for the food for a long time. We ordered 2 sandwich’s and the employee put one. In the end, we got NONE! The employee kept on talking to a person. After we told them that we don’t have any of our sandwiches he acted like nothing happened and kept on talking. I would rather eat McDonald’s than eating this!
Yeah, this place isn't anywhere you want to be for your chicken, always gets order wrong ALWAYS three times a charm NEVER again.
I had the worst experience at this location. I ordered almost 50.00 in food and handed my cash to the drive thru employee who let 10.00 blow out of her hand to the grown. Instead of offering to come out and get the 10.00 which I couldn't open. My door and get out to get cause I was pulled up to the window and in an suv. She held her hand out for more money and said sorry. I handed her more money and was told to pull around front to wait for my food. As I pulled away in my mirror I watch her point to my 10.00 and saw another employee come out to get the 10.00. Since I'm park by the door waiting for my food I watch as the employee pocket my 10.00. When another employee came out with my food she wouldn't give me my food claiming it wasn't mine. But after handing my receipt I was handed my food. I have had my card info stolen before from this location so it doesn't surprise me they keep my money.
No straw,no napkins, wrong drink. Come back in for the right drink (door is locked ) and the lemonade tastes like a baby made it. Like sheesh? At least my food was “ok”
Nauseating giant unhealthy chicken meat. You should be shut down for animal cruelty, false advertising and slowly and globally poisoning your customers.
Worsr KFC ever. Since pandemic started they never opened their lobby and you always have to do drive thru. And make sure whenever u ask for chicken, check ur order before leaving. They always put beef instead of chicken.
