Great food. I always leave stuffed. Service was a bit slow, and itâs the first time I realised that they add 18% gratuity to the bill automatically. I usually donât see that done unless itâs a large party.
Beautiful restaurant interior, itâs very spacious with many seats. We were at hibachi area and on a Saturday lunch time at noon and we were the only guests. Hibachi chef is attentive and skillful of entering guests with Hibachi show. Food amount is very generous and for shared plate with are asked to pay $5 fee which makes we both got our own soup, salad and two sides. We had shrimp and vegetable tempura which is crispy and tasty, we also had sun kissed salmon roll which is less flavor and has too much cream cheese. This is a very American hibachi style restaurant, if people is looking for Asian food here I wouldnât recommend. But this restaurant definitely gave wonderful ambience and great service and value.

Drove by the place daily and finally went. You can order hibachi at the dinning room or you can wait for the hot counter. But what's the point of going to a hibachi place without a show from the chef?The dinning experience was great. Our waiter seems new and made a couple of rookie mistakes, not a big deal. Order the filet, scallop and shrimp combo. I asked for rare and it was actually rare. It was tender and perfect. I think there was too much source on the shrimp and scallops. It just got too salty at the end.The food portion was huge. Got fried rice and noodles. I end up eating all the protein and vegetables but gave up on the rest.
I wasn't given a menu and had to go up front and ask for one. I asked for a knife and fork and was given a knife and spoon. Server forgot my salad so I didn't get it until after I ate my food. I have been here 4 other times and the service this time was disappointing.
We have been to Kabuto many times and this was disappointing this time as we took our grandchildren for dinner. The service was a real problem as there appeared to be only two wait staff for our side of the restaurant. The kitchen was so backed up and as an example, our calamari came almost one hour after we ordered it. Everything was delayed to the point of being uncomfomfortable. Our waiter was apologetic but we could se he was working as fast and hard as he could. This was not a good experience and we hope it is not repetitive.

Food was excellent, and service was very good. Had to wait 5-10 minutes, even with a reservation. Overall, it was a very good experience.
A neighborhood gem. Consistently delicious food and a wonderful variety. The decor is really pleasing to the eye.
Good sushi. Exceptional service!! The music playlist of mostly hip-hop was non-stop and distracting.
