service staff is terrible , especially by Koreans manager and staffs. They are really, really rude to customers. Unprofessional And Rude.

Definitely visit this place in MD. From NY and I have to say this place is really good. It's all you can eat and the servers are very nice ladies. There's a bubble tea store attached next to it and serve some good bubble tea.The hotpot was great. The food was fresh and I love everything. It's a must go

great staff and service good overall experience

Food was perfect and service was outstanding. Thank you again, Enzo. We'll be definitely coming back.

K-Pot sort of makes restaurants that do either Hot-Pot or Korean BBQ exclusively a bit irrelevant. I have only been to a few other Hot-Pot places and one other Korean BBQ place so I'm by no means an expert but in my opinion, K-Pot did BOTH Hot-Pot and Korean BBQ better than the other places I've been who did only either Hot-Pot or Korean BBQ. Our waiter was super attentive especially considering the particularly fast-paced and chaotic atmosphere of these types of restaurants. The dipping sauce bar was excellent and had more condiment options than other Hot-Pot restaurants I have been to. All of the proteins and other foods (HUGE selection, again, more options than other places I have been) for cooking in the hot pot or grill were clearly of a high-quality and it was all delicious. To top it all off, K-Pot is barely more expensive than places that only do one or the other. You have the option to do either just Hot-Pot or Korean BBQ, or both for I believe only 3 additional dollars (go ahead and fact-check me on that but that's what I remember)! It is SO worth it. Another cool thing about this place is the appetizers which are no extra charge. They had chicken wings, french fries, and a bunch of other non-American appetizers as well. My only complaint is that I wish there was a K-Pot closer to where I live!

It was our first time on a Korean bbq restaurant and the waiter was so patient and nice. He explained how to order and everything. It was a nice experience and I would recommend this place if you are a newbie.

Service is outstanding. The place is nice, clean and spacious

We love Korean BBQ and this was a great dinner choice for our large group of 12. Staff was very attentive and checked on us quite often. Seafood was very fresh. Seating was spacious and comfortable for our group. Highly recommended.

It’s all you can eat Korean BBQ and just add $2 for the hot pot. There’re A Lot of Birthdays parties happening there. Was impressed. The the K-BBq was good but not a fan of the Hot pot! Still a good place to go when you are craving for meat!

This is ok just for the experience. $3 more for hot pot and grill. First time here and we let the waitress know. Only thing that was explained to us was the menu. No one notified of that the food brought out on black plates go in the hot pot and food on the red plates go on the grill until we already started cooking. Smh. There is a 2 hr all you can eat limit which the monitor very closely. Food was good though they brought everything out in little portions. Had a decent time. We left stuffed and full. Please let your server know that it is your first time there if it is your first time.
