As a chain, Jersey Mike's is surprisingly reliable; it's definitely my favorite chain sandwich shop. Good bread and sausages.
I loved the chicken bacon ranch sub which is so much better than subway. The service was ok today was the first time I tried one of Jersey Mike’s sandwiches. They were a little rude but I will ignore that for a yummy as heck sub.

Long wait despite plenty of staff. Then, they tried to give me the wrong sandwich three times. A man and his daughter got fed up and walked out. I followed. I appreciate all the good they do for the community. But, this isn't the only location where the staff flat out stinks.
I went last week and my sub was great, so we decided to get the giant sub this time, since three of us were sharing. It was as if the same amount of toppings from a regular sub was being stretched to fit the larger one. Only two bites, from the end pieces had ham and cheese, it was all lettuce. One good experience, one bad, not sure whether to go back.
Service is awful. I went in to order. I saw no sign of where to order from, so I stood at the register. There were 4 people working behind the counter. No one greeted me or spoke. After several minutes, a tall man finally asked if I was there to pick up an order. I said I was there to place an order, and he responded incredulously that I needed to come down to the meat display counter to order. I stood there for another minute before a lady asked what I wanted. I gave her my sandwich order and said I wanted everything on it. That same rude man said, "Well you are going to have to tell her what everything means. We don't read your mind." Mind you, there is a sign about Mike's way, but I did not use those magic words. I left the store and do not plan on returning to this location.
Fresh deli meat, personally sliced per order...absolutely delicious subs! You'll love it...
Great Subs and friendly staff --- love the Italian #13 BUT they are all delicious subs --- cheesesteaks and tuna and all, Mike's Way are super yummy -- MUCH better than Jimmy Johns or Firehouse down the street .
I went to this Jersey Mikes for lunch expecting a nice experience , the guy that made my sandwich was rude , I had already told him what I wanted on my sandwich as he was making it . He rudely asked what else do you want on your sandwich , I ll stick to my original location not this one ever again.
