The worst customer service. The food is not even great

Super nice atmosphere with K-pop music videos playing on the screen, our attendants were very helpful and didn’t rush us, and the food was so delicious! We tried the spicy chicken, spicy pork steak, beef bulgogi, and beef brisket, along with rice, japchae, and salad. I’d definitely recommend the japchae and beef bulgogi, but everything we had was so flavorful and tasted amazing with the sauce!

Iron Age continues to give solid Korean BBQ no matter which of their locations you go to.This experience was fantastic and the food was just as good. The wait at 5:45pm was about 15 minutes. We got on a waitlist and they texted us when our table was ready. NOTE: they have a 90 minute time limit for eating. As soon as we got seated, the banchan (side dishes) were already laid out on the table. This included kimchi, pickled radish, radish wraps, and a sweet radish. You also get 4 sauces - a sweet sauce, a spicy sambal, a spicy Mayo/shrimp sauce, and a salt and sesame oil sauce. They were all such good sauces to pair with any of the meats we had.We ordered japchae (noodles) and white rice to go with the meal. This is included. Unfortunately their spicy rice cakes are discontinued. The price is $22 for lunch, $29 for dinner - both very reasonable. The best part is staff regularly come by and help cook your food for you so you don’t burn it! They also regularly change out your grills if it starts getting too charred. The meat quality is excellent. We started with beef brisket and pork belly. The brisket was so tender and juicy and flavorful. The pork belly was super fatty. Both melted in your mouth immediately. We then went on to the garlic pork and lemon chicken. I shouldn’t have doubted the pork, which I thought would be dry. It wasn’t. It was so juicy and had a super strong garlic flavor. The lemon chicken was again surprisingly moist and super flavorful. This was my first time ordering chicken at a KBBQ restaurant, so I was impressed. We then went on to beef bulgogi. This may have been my least favorite of all the meats solely because this beef was pretty tough and chewy. Definitely not easy to eat like the others. Great flavor though. Finally, we had to go back to the brisket. That was my favorite and I wanted to end on my favorite again.Overall such a great experience and I’ll come back for sure. Hi

It was our first visit, and not a pleasant experience. Very loud music and dark atmosphere. It’s very difficult to have a conversation due to the loud music. But you’ll feel so rushed that you won’t have time to talk much anyway. Most of the food was unseasoned, and flavorless. When I asked for salt and pepper the server brought out a very small premixed bowl of salt and pepper and proceeded to put our raw shrimp in it, preventing us from using it on anything else. Then she proceeded to tell me, “That’s what the sauce is for”. No idea why we couldn’t just have some salt and pepper on the table as requested. Raw food was added to cooked food on the hot plate, and she would occasionally come and use our scissors and tongs to cut the food into pieces. I noticed she did this at other tables as well, which was not sanitary at all, while we also handled the same utensils she touched as we ate and cooked our food. Like I said, it was our first visit, so perhaps this is normal for them..?? I would only suggest going here, if you want to experience a different type of cooking method. But bring your own seasoning!

No wait time. Food was amazing. I had more Zucchini than anything else. LolApril 22 2032 came back today Joe our waiter was amazing . The manager sucks. They put us under the ac which was blasting. Our fire turned off 7 times. Food was cold. Than it burned. Manger just gave us $2 off. No zucchini today. Like I said Joe was amazing. I won’t be back.

I came to this location twice and I can say their service is really fast! The food comes fresh to the table for you to cook it! They also help you to cut it to pieces. For $29 dollars all you can eat! Great deal! I am a loyal customer :)

Pretty good deal to nom all you can for hour and a half. Meat was good, house mixed soju was solid as well and they're open later than everyone else on Sundays.

Love the Food! All you can Eat Korean Meats. So good! Also great service! Down side is because it's a popular restaurant there's a wait time but so worth the wait!

Good food, love the salad, and good service!

Food was good. Service was good. The 1.5 hour time limit was only enough for us to eat, we barely had time to talk/enjoy each other's company. Is this what the owners want?!
