Went during a weekday with the family and the waiter spilled the 3 drinks he was carrying with one hand. Landed all over us and drenched our clothes. The manager was not even aware of what happened after we ate and didn’t seem to care. Only offered free drinks. Never going back
This location is a good iteration of IHOP. Food solidly meets expectations and the staff seem to have a good energy between each other that enhances the vibe for customers. Gerardo is a particularly enjoyable server, though by no means the only great person there.
Grits and hash browns weren't hot, but I believe that happens sometimes with small plate items or something that the server would make. Other than that the Pepsi was flat. So I asked for a Mountain Dew and he ordered a Sierra Mist, unfortunately both came out flat, cold but flat but we failed to tell our server, they just need to change the carbonation I think it's called from what I recall from being a server.Overall I still gave it a 5 because or server Maria was attentive, food modifications were accurate (there were quite a few too lol) and our omelets were piping hot which we loved! Definitely would go back, it's IHOP!
I TRULY APPRECIATED and ENJOYED the service, atmosphere, cleanness, and most of all the waitress. She was very professional, respectful, and help me to choose one of there new protein meal. It was GREAT.I am grateful to have the young lady who waited and respect her Senior as she did. It shows her mother taught her well. Thank you IHOP in Rockville MD. The employer that take care of thier employees. Will have good employees to do a great job.
Gerardo was our server tonight, and he was the best server I have ever had at a restaurant. Polite, fast, and very efficient. I went in with my boyfriend and Gerardo made sure we had a great night. 5 stars, it was a fantastic experience .
My husband and I went to Ihope on Rockville pike today 3/28/2022 and found in our coffee ☕️ a disintegrated cockroach and egg after drinking a half of the coffee. We immediately told staff and asked to leave. Documenting this for the in case:
I frequently get the chicken fried steak and combo here. It is a excellent meal, but as usual, my eyes are bigger than my stomach. All I can say is to come hungry for this item in particular
MGMT was great very attentive and food was super delicious. Even though I hated being that guy n gal couple whom came in at 1030 pm last night. Food and service was top notch even at closing time. I work in the food industry and definitely a good experience.Thanks, IHOP!!
Too the baseball team in for breakfast for dinner after a practice. We had called ahead earlier in the day to let them know the party of 20 was coming in that night. When we arrived we got seated right away.The staff was courteous and attentive, and helped make the visit a good experience.The restaurant looked clean and the restrooms well maintained. The staff was wearing masks as required at the time of this writing.
IHOP continues to deliver at a good price.Love the new Dinner menu!Orlando and Lucia and Pablo and the entire crew are friendly here and make you feel at home. The Burger, Grilled Chicken, Fried Chicken and Steak tip options are good as well as the grilled cheese with tomato and bacon on sour dough... Of couse the omlettes and pancakes and waffles are good. The ice cream and coffee are good too. Covid proceedures are in place. A good place to escape the hum drum for a tasty meal!
