It's the only fast food burger I will eat. However, at a price of 20 dollars for a little bacon burger, sm fry and a shake, I won't be going back anytime soon.

This place was spotless. The food was hot and delicious. The staff efficient and courteous. Doesn't get any better.
Its always a great time for us dining in on this award winning burger place..the fries is super fresh and very tasty and delicious and crispy..we have our days of craving and we must go and enjoy the feast
Overcooked bacon. Dry hamburgers. I have been to this location several times and the quality is just not very good. The bacon here is always overcooked, that is black bits and hard. The hamburgers are usually overcooked as well. French fries also often seem to be overdone as well.
The food was great. I just had a Bacon Cheesburger and a Shake. Im giving them a very generous 4 star because I wanted to get Fries but my order was already $18 ?
5 guys rockville says free delivery. Dont do it. They send it out through Uber. I order at 5pm. Estimated arrival at 5:37. 630 rolls around. Nothing. No way to call, cancel or ask about status. Uber text is not responsive, cancel link doesn't work. I call the store, they know nothing.Then they say food is being picked up at 6:42 and delivered at 7. Food is thrown at the doorstep and driver runs away. Food is 2 hours old, ice cold with receipt saying 5pm.No mechanism to ask about status, call or cancel. Im ok if its late or if there are issues, but this is terrible.EDIT: added screenshots and photo of stone cold sealed bag headed for trash. called credit card company to dispute the charge.
This plqce shines during the winter holiday season when the ice rink opens. Nice place to grab a quick bite between breaks.
It’s my first time to try the cheeseburger with my friends . We all felt sick after eating the cajun fries and the cheeseburger. I'm writing reviews while having diarrhea and this is the FOURTH time!!! My friend also vomited .Never be back My stomach will feel better
Order on-site for a bacon cheeseburger. When I got home, I noticed it was completely wrong and I went back and told them. The staff was very accommodating and redid the order including the fries. Burger was great.
