Do better! The staff don’t want to be here, there is no care or excitement from anyone about loving to serve. This place is doing too much and can’t keep up, focus on one thing to create the best staff and customer experience then build on that. Modify hours, reduce channels whatever till you can get it right.Hire staff that truly have a passion to serve and leaders that can actually show up. I won’t be back and as I was waiting again just to pay my bill, others gave up on you too.Food quality has gone downhill also, not onlyThe service. I watch my order sit 25 mins before anyone even brought it to us and it was wrong. No syrup with my child’s pancakes, just drop and run.I will give you one positive, the ice coffee is great! Once you get it, just hope you don’t have to wait another 20 mins for a refill. It’s embarrassing!
I waited over 2hrs for a pick up order that was placed through the First Watch app. It saddens me this establishment does not take care of their customers like the other restaurants in the area. During the 2hr wait I wasn't offered anything complimentary. Multiple times during my wait the hostess failed to acknowledge my presence. After all of the waiting and the little bit of patience I had left, the food runner handed me my food that was sitting on the counter the ENTIRE time. This is HIGHLY unacceptable and POOR management. It took about an hour to get my order ready for pick up on a Sunday morning. Not going to lie, these are one of the greatest pancakes I’ve ever had, not sure if they’re worth that much of a wait. I wish it was easier to try to get a table during a weekend, so I can’t tell if their service is that good or not.3 stars for the wait.4 stars for the food, just because ordered a side of 2 scrambled eggs, but were not really impressive.Hopefully will be returning to get this gem of pancakes.

Fabulous!!! Everyone's (5) food was great!If you've never had beet juice...GET IT!Who knew oatmeal would arrive looking so beautiful making you want to come back for breakfast everyday. Hash is an experience of its own. Bacon is like a drug, so be careful all you addicts. Yeah, first timer but I'm hooked! Worth the wait time ?
The quality is back!!! My spouse and I were regulars at this First Watch location for a couple years, visiting about once a week. Since the pandemic hit, the quality and service was on a downhill slide. About 3 months ago, we gave up completely. This morning, we decided to give it another shot. We are glad we did. First, our server, Angel, was very sweet and attentive. She got everything perfectly correct the first time. She mentioned she was somewhat new to the staff; but, from her excellent performance, you would never know it. When the food arrived, it was hot, fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. When I paid the bill I had the pleasure to meet the manager, Andy. She was a new face and I asked if she was new. She said about 6 weeks into the job. I told her that she is doing a fantastic job. Her leadership seems to have breathed new life into a once tired restaurant. Mega kudos to her and the entire team.

Like the Gaithersburg location, they do not miss. The food here is so good! I came here for brunch with my husband a few weeks ago and we both enjoyed it. I tried an omelette with their iced coffee. Great staff, clean location, and minimal wait time (if any). I do wish they sold alcohol (it would go great with their fruit drinks), but still a great place nonetheless!
Fantastic as always. Staff is attentive and friendly. Food is consistently delicious.
I love the salad with pecans and chicken, one of my favorite brunch/lunch options in the area.
