good food, clean dining room, and friendly employees. prices could be better for the serving size.
I really enjoyed my subs. I was extremely unimpressed at how Jay the manager was speaking to the employees in front of customers. It was not only unprofessional, he was berating his employees. I don't know if this is standard practice for your store. I'm hoping the atmosphere changes as it was uncomfortable for my family to eat there. As well as I'm sure uncomfortable for the employees at the store.
This isn't a place I would seek out. For the price, that sub could have used more meat on it. It was tasty, but nothing I'd rave about. Would I eat here again? Only if my friends picked it. I wouldn't seek it out.

Very chill place. I really like how there is a "Create your own sub" option since in my case, I only eat certain items on my sandwhich. SUPER CLEAN establishment and the employees were friendly. Yes, I will say it was a tad slow, but I rather quality than a half done job and I was not in a hurry. I will be eating at your establishment going forward. As mentioned, the "Create your own sub" is an added bonus!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Firehouse Subs!!!!!! I think they're over priced, so I don't go all the time. I wish the had a Reuben and a Cuban!
Good subs, but too expensive. $13 for a foot long, rather I would go to a lunch dine in place and get more food. They got rid of the whole menu of hot sauces from 1-10 range, that was disappointing. Overall I like the sub, but a lot of disappointing factors will keep me away from the place.
Ordered medium Spicey Cajun Chic sandwich/combo. It was full of meat and flavor. It was made as if I was the one making it. Not just meat in the middle of the bun but all surface area was filled. Pure Cane sweet tea was truly a southern favorite.. Very satisfying. We will be back.

Please stay away from this business!!! $12.35 for a 7 inch sub that had more onions than grilled chicken. This meal didn’t even include a drink or chips. An 11 inch is $16.35 with no drink or chips!! Rip off!! I rather support a small business than this place. They are true con artists!!
