Always a good experience at this location polite staff and hot food at good price I come here 4 days a week
95%of the time they don't get my drink correct. Every time I go I see the same staff and they act as though it's their first day on the job. Severely understaffed every day with long wait times. I have been going there for almost a year now and finally leaving a review. I will not visit the South lawn location anymore.
The best coffee and nice staff. Donuts and all other menu items are delicious.
I must say this is possibly the BEST Dunkin' I've ever been to! THEY HAVE THEIR DRINKS ON A TAP SYSTEM Y'ALL! Flabbergasted in the best way possible, I'm literally going back just to see the taps again. This is next level, service was top notch and effective also, definitely going back.
Tasty bacon, egg and cheese croissants. Drive thru and counter service with a friendly staff. I noticed pre-ordered drinks waiting for pickup.
If I could do less stars I would have. So I’m a fan of Starbucks. My boyfriend is a fan of Dunkin’. Monday through Friday I have Starbucks and Saturday and Sunday we have Dunkin’. LITERALLY EVERY TIME COME HERE, my coffee is wrong and inconsistent. They always mess my order up. It’s crazy how often it happens. And every time I go in to fix it.
Great service, friendly staff
This is a relatively new location, but they got it up and running without a single hitch or hiccup. On top of that, every single interaction I've had there has been beyond pleasant. Special mention for the gentleman in the drive-thru today. I was a bit befuddled and tired and he showed me extra kindness. It was much appreciated.
The staff here is so friendly and hard working. They always make my mornings better!
