This store used to be one of the best Dunkin' donuts on Rockville Pike until the previous guy and girl left and hired new people. The Ethiopian girl she's great the other Hispanic one is the rudest person ever no customer service whatsoever. She wears glasses and has always a ponytail. She called another customer a b**** because she ruined her order. I have been coming there for over 3 years I never ever had to come here to complain about anything. My order used to always be good my family all goes there. Since they started our orders have been messed up every single time they can never get an order correct. And when you complain to the girl who makes the drinks. She gets angry and tries to argue with you and tries to cuss you out. I wish you would try me. We complain to corporate. We provided a note for the Ethiopian girl To give to the manager. The has been a girl grab the paper as soon as we left. And threw the paper in the trash when we came back the Ethiopian girl told us that she could not find the paper went through the trash and found it there. We still have not heard from the manager. We are trying to contact the owner of that Dunkin donut. This is the worst Dunkin donuts ever if you want to wake up and have a great cup of coffee and enjoy your day this place is not for you you will wake up and it will make you choose violence. There is not one day since they started our order was correct every time I go my drink is wrong our bagels are wrong our donuts are missing As well as burnt coffee. It is never fresh.. I am here to complain about the Hispanic girl because she is very a disrespectful rude lack of customer service and does not deserve to be there it seems like she hates her job very much and always fights with her customers. Looks like the manager there is also Hispanic is covering for her. And not to mention when she gets her order wrong and you tell her she gives you a look and an attitude does not apologize makes you a new drink and says here. And the Ethiopian girl always apologize at Hehalf. Until this day I still go there be just due to the convenience Of this location

Horrible. Made me the wrong order. I told them it was wrong all they wanted to do was argue with me and wouldn’t not make me a new correct drink. Terrible services even worse employees

This is a relatively new Dunkin, they have a few bumps in the road (mostly just being slowish) but generally good and things come out hot

When going to a national chain for coffee I tell people to pay attention to the individual store and not the brand name. Not all locations of a chain food and beverage location are going to give you a good experience. This location of Dunkin Donuts has quickly become a daily stop for me to get my preshift coffee before going to work. This store is tiny! Only two tables one register and a small ledge where the takeout orders go...but the staff are what make this place stand out for me! Every time I go in they get my order right and they are so nice and friendly. While Dunkin Donuts is not exactly gourmet it really does simple coffee well and the prices are very affordable! If you decide to check out Bethesda Row and need a pick me up be sure to hit them up!

Quick and efficient and the food was delicious. Get the sourdough breakfast sandwich. It's awesome.

We were driving past, visiting from NJ, and stopped for a coffee and a coffee cake muffin. It was the perfect cup of coffee and the muffin was spectacular. I don't know why but it was much better than we are used to. Thank you

This store I have never had worest employee I live in this area it was my first time have the girl she came after 20 minutes waiting no one show up then when she came she start even argument by her self and unacceptable customer service she cover her I'd or name but had picture.

How do you get hot coffee wrong? Went and ordered hot coffee and bacon and cheese roll up. What I receive was an iced coffee and bagel bites and when I said something all they offered was an apology, not to make it right.

There area a couple of obvious issues going on here. Employees have a large language barrier with customers. This wouldn’t be a problem, but I don’t think they really understand the menu. To make matters worse, some employees don’t seem to be adequately trained on the cash register, so orders get typed in wrong. This makes orders consistently incorrect. If my order isn’t messed up, someone else’s in there will be. Don’t get food here - it’s always burnt. So if you like waiting 15 minutes for a wrong order, this is the place
