Powder donuts are stale. Not very good at making cappuccinos either.
Clean and friendly store. Great prices compared to Starbucks. My drink was way too sweet, however, and I couldn't drink it. If I came more regularly I would probably figure out what to order though.
Apparently my last 2 orders are mere suggestions and not necessarily orders. Each time I have ordered 2 everything bagels and the first day I received two cinnamon raisins and today I received a plain and a cinnamon raisin. Learned my lesson, not again.
Fatima is a -00000000 in the customer service department. Her attitude is trash unless you’re white or spanish. it’s a shame. she should probably work in a place that doesn’t require face to face interaction. The manager there doesn’t seem to care either. Hope things get better for her in life ?

Been there twice in the past week, and I feel like I am inconveniencing the staff....Stood there, as the only one at the counter, for five minutes, and no one greeted or helped me. Will never go back.
Overcooked hashbrowns but great service. Maple bacon was perfection as usual.
Great staff, great food. Lines can be long in the morning on weekends.
Morning staff is open and speedy about their curbside pick up. The afternoon is not. From the looks of it they turn off their curbside pick up after a certain time. I order for in store pick up and the last several times it was not ready had to wait an additional 15 min. Someone needs to look into this.
