7/2/2022So good and you pick how each donut is made. What the venue and staff lack in hospitality, the donut makes up for... I'm giving it 5 stars and the staff and location was just okay... They are damn good donuts.On my Middle Class Monotony (MCM) scale (0-5 where 0 is NOT cheap or monotonous and 5 being very cheap and monotonous):Not too expensive and easy to purchase. I would be more overweight if I lived nearby. MCM of 4.
Fresh, hot, moist, and delicious ?. Ice cream, whipped cream and cookies! Yummy.
There's nothing like a warm donut with sweet gooey icing! Duck Donuts are made to order. Pick your icing flavors and toppings. There is a menu suggestion for flavor if you need help deciding! Best part is you can pick your on combinations and they are warm and gooey when you get them! This franchise also gives back and does collaborations with local sports teams for a win! Time to eat the donuts!??
We spent $19 for 3 donuts and milk. Their donuts taste like hot pancakes ? and the their milk tastes great, doesn’t have that Walmart/giant feel. Definitely worth the drive!
First time having donuts here. Not too bad. Better than dunkin but not as good as district.Had a strawberry, sprinkle & chocolate w/caramel macchiato that didn’t look anything like the pic which is just me being picky.Definitely worth going back though.
I ordered online with instructions to exclude one particular flavor, once arrived they had not completed my request and refused to do so as they had already made the donuts. So much for made to order. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service, I even offered to pay for the replacement donuts, offering them more business and the man “helping” me refused. The service was extremely rude.
I placed an order for special St. Patrick Day donuts over 10 days ago for delivery today. I got an email two minutes before the scheduled delivery time informing me the order was cancelled. It goes without saying this is not acceptable. It seems to have been a system issue. But I spent at least 30 minutes picking out the donuts for the order, specifically ordered them well in advance to ensure I would have them for my children, only for the order to be cancelled at literally the last minute. I already went ahead and ordered from Krispy Kreme instead, and hopefully they will come through. But, I hope that Duck Donuts wants to remedy this failure somehow which they have so far failed to do. Thank you.
There is a tall asian dude that works at this location that is unfriendly, doesnt talk clear enough, and looks like he is high on drugs. I placed an order for two dozen donuts and gave me the wrong ones. I told him that he gave me the wrong donuts and he wouldnt do anything about it. He said “just go”. If you encounter this strange individual, please be cautious of him.
These donuts are so good. You can customize the toppings for the flavor your craving. Once your order is placed they make the donuts right there, on the spot. They smell divine and are hot in the box. I recommending eating them while they are still warm for the best flavor.
Boy oh boy, these donuts when fresh... AMAZING. I really highly recommend eating these hot and fresh. Such a sweet, rich flavor, with a soft texture. 5/5!
