Oh boy, did this hit the spot! I hadn't been to a Don Pollo in over a year since moving and when I found myself in Rockville close to dinner time I had to indulge. The Rockville staff was impressively friendly and helpful; thank you all. A shout out to the Glenmont location that got me hooked on this deliciousness.
Love the chicken. But there are very few instances where my food was soggy and bland. But it doesn't bother me.

I am long time customer and always happy with food and staff until today . New owner ( Carlos) horrible customer services , acting extremely rude and disrespectful . Food test is different, nothing is the same, the old employees are not working there anymore for the same reasons that many customers are walking away.
Good food but frustrating their web order does not allow for order of 1/2 chicken all dark meat. For those of us in a rush, no way to order lunch other than to stand in line for a looooong time

I think the amount of meat in the Lomo Saltado is a little light for the price, but I keep getting it anyways. This place is pretty good.
