Horrible. It was empty. I paid for a mini blizzard.overpriced!!! Paid $6 for a mini. It came out melted. Told the guy working and he shrugged and completely ignored me. Wondering if they’re getting paid per service or per hour.
Good service and plenty of parking available in the rear parking lot. This establishment does not have indoor seating and there is limited standing room inside, even for carry-out in a pre- and post-pandemic environment.
There is nothing like a freshly oozed out plain vanilla DQ cone, no nuts, no sprinkles, no chocolate, just pure whatever that stuff is. Yum!!!
Quick update (6/4/2022): No line, quick, courteous service with a smile. What more can I ask? Only that this peanut butter shake be excellent -- and it is! My SO's strawberry sundae is as good as expected. ??Courteous staff. Tasty malts. Decent prices. My wife & daughter insist it's worth 5 stars! "Secret" menu sign could be larger though.
For the little kid ? in me, having an ice cream cone after dinner is a great experience. The counter guys and gals did a great job, just like when I was a kid!
This Dairy Queen is pretty small. Due to to the warm weather, it was super crowded. Have to commend the sales employees who pushed through and kept the line moving!
Good product but poor attitudes. The Blizzards were good and prepared quickly without issue. They lose stars because ahead of us, an adult woman asked very politely if she could take her elderly mother with dementia to use their restroom. The young lady at the register turned toward her young coworker who, with crossed arms leaning against the equipment, shook his head. Although there was a sign on the outside door and the bathroom door that clearly stated that the bathrooms were reserved for employees during Covid, I believe an exception could have been made with three employees and only two customers, letting a person in need use the bathroom would not have been such a burden.
This location is identified incorrectly on the map. It is NOT a Brazier, or Grill & Chill. It is strictly a soft serve outlet, and not a very good one at that. For such a prestigious address, there are a lot of dicey characters loitering around. Not an inviting atmosphere at all. There are quite a few other eateries nearby that are a better bet.
This location was fine — but it’s all chill and no grill. I submitted an update to Google because they only have drinks and ice cream. No burgers or chicken and food like a true DQ grill and chill.Edit: whatever was in their Dr Pepper machine was not Dr Pepper. It was awful.
Doesn't participate in free ice cream day! I'm grateful that we still have a DQ in the area, but the service is lacking. Employees seem unenthusiastic, and are often not at the counter. Small place, so not enough seating and it's hard to find a spot in line and not be in the way. I've decided to come primarily for boxes of dilly bars, since we've got a local ice cream truck.
