I never had NY pizza but it tasted great. My sister said it tasted too salty. So I'm not sure of that's just her or this place is actually salty. Anyways, i hope New Yorkers think this is good.
It was “ok” - after all the reviews on quarantine cuisine groups, Facebook reviews, and then google, I was expecting mind blowing NY style pizza like the kind you would find in a mom and pop shop being rolled out with wine bottles passed down generationally. I will say the pizza was thin, kudos to CSNY for hitting the mark there - beyond that it was a bit over soggy, the sauce over-sweet, and the toppings were lacking overall. I’ll unfortunately be continuing the hunt for an authentic NY slice.
CS New York Pizza is a fast-casual restaurant that specializes in New York Style Pizza located in Edmonton Crossing shopping center. Besides pizza, they sell appetizers including mozzarella sticks, fries, tater tots, hush puppies, wings, subs, and salads.We placed a pickup order online and it was ready for pickup within 15 minutes. When we arrived, since it was contactless pickup, we had to call the restaurant and provide our name and what we ordered.We shared a 18 inch New York Style Pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms on half of the pizza. We liked it and it reminded us of Sbarro.
Best pizza in Rockville! Me and my coworker will eat and eat and can not stop! Highly recommend, you won’t regret it. Staff is very friendly.

We just tried CS Pizza did the first time. We definitely appreciated the thin crust and fresh toppings. It’s close to NY style as I’ve seen so far in Maryland. The order was completed fast. I didn’t really enjoy the Cesar salad as the dressing was too rich and there was too much cheese for my liking. I would recommend this place over what is available at Pike and Rose and any of the big box stores.
Love love this pizza! We’ve ordered from her many times and I always look forward to the NY style pizza. We usually get xtra sauce and we’ll done with pepperoni and hot peppers. The hot peppers are Hot! Wonderful customer service and it’s nice they have your phone numbers programmed so they know who you are.
My husband and I's go-to for pizza, being Italian and New Jersey transplants. The Sicilian is so good we will drive from Greenbelt during RUSH HOUR to get it.
We all have our own opinions on our favorite pizza place, but this is one of the worst pizza places I've been to. My opinions are... the sauce and cheese is just... eh! Not delicious, standout, or unique. The meat toppings made the pizza ridiculously salty.The facts... The reason why the pizza is big is because they stretch the pizza dough so super thin that the pizza collapse when you pick it up, it's such a messy pizza. I don't mind a thin pizza, but not paper thin that is flimsy and becomes soggy immediately from the sauce.Another fact... I wasn't pleased with the customer service. The big dark skinned guy at the register didn't greet me or acknowledge me when I entered the shop. I didn't know if he was ready to serve me or not because he was having a conversation with the other guys in the back. When he was done talking, he didn't even acknowledge me to help me. He didnt even say thank you or anything when I paid and left.
