Am mystified by the positive reviews. The coffee tasted like bitter watered down milk and the lemon poppy scone was very dry. Won't return.
What a weird experience. Decor looked half finished. And when I ordered an iced coffee, the barista couldn’t fathom what that would be if not cold brew - ma’am that would be an iced coffee. Hot coffee that was then chilled. I had an iced latte instead because of her confusion. It was pretty good, but not what I wanted.
A good coffee shop. Only one in Maryland.I always enjoy their food and drinks, they have a more authentic/homey coffee house feel than Starbucks per say. Come pay them a visit!
Great atmosphere.! Very friendly staff! Love a local coffee shop! My only complaint is that the coffee is not a good strong coffee taste (or maybe I'm too use to Starbucks ?). I plan on trying some of their other drinks...
Great customer service, pastry, and coffee! Pleasant environment both indoor and outdoor. It's a great place to chill and have a coffee/pastry
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The coffee maker was broken and the staff suggested a "fast" alternative. The resultant coffee was so hot that it quickly started to leak from the cup which had an ill fitting lid. There was no way to drink the coffee without burning fingers and lips.
Handmade custom hot or cold beverages. This place is great because of it's unique spin on lattes and other morning beverage choice. My personal favorite Snickerdoodle Chai Latte with whole milk!
I like the coffee but every time I order, it never comes with all modifications I specified. And I only add cream and one espresso shot to my regular hot coffee… the chai latte is exceptionally yummy though.
One of my favorite spots in the DMV area. I also love it that they open until 7PM, so it’s my go to place when I need somewhere to work. Great pastries and coffee. Plenty of seating, good Wi-Fi connectivity, clean restrooms and lots of parking. The complex looks busy, but there’s plenty of parking behind the coffee shop.
I love the coffee at this place, and I come here pretty consistently when I work on site. The barrister really know their trade.However, I've come here many times, and they are always out of something. At the moment, I just have to attribute it to supply chain issues.Nonetheless, I can see the lack of systems and consistency throughout; there is no shame copying another major competitor...Ray crock was copied many of the times by many others, and it proved to be a good idea.
