Great place for salads. They have just about anything you’d want to add to your salad, grain bowl, or wrap. On top of that, their staff is so friendly! They always walk around and ensure their customers are comfortable and happy with their orders. Clean and plenty of seating. I love coming here for my lunch break.
I’ve been there at least three times in the past week. I’ve been there a number of times over the years. I’ve read some of the comments about of them being too busy & things taking long or being wrong... I think that it just speaks to the demand. They’re offering a good and popular product. They can’t help that. They also can’t help that they have to service people not physically at their location just as much as they have to service people physically there. I’ve seen locations prioritize online/app orders over people actually there. That sucks. I’ve seen what they do here. they try to take turns or have one person/team work on the web orders & then another person/team Handles the in person orders. And they’re trying to do all of this while the in person people rarely just order off the menu. You have to stand behind person after person saying “umm can I get this, aaand umm, can I get this, & umm that…”For their sake, for my sake, the sake of the people behind me in line, I try to just order off their menu. They work to memorize at all. They’ll have the order done in no time.Considering everything that they have to deal with. A lot of ingredients, prime location = high demand (ticket after ticket and yeah sometimes longer lines during peak times)… all of that considered, I think that they’re doing a great job. There’s one person in particular, I think she’s a manager..? If not she should be. She’s tall, I’ve seen her at every station. Her multitasking abilities it’s doesn’t matter how Busy they are, she can still find a way to be 100% attentive and friendly. And she’s so fast. Ugh. She’s great.
Ordered online for curbside. ??Received text saying order was ready, pulled curbside and no one came out. I go inside to pick up area and wait 10-15 mins for my "ready" order. When it was finally ready, I returned to work only to discover the salad was prepared incorrectly. ??Should I return, I'll just have to stand in the line that was just about out the door, if I want my order correct. ??
The salad was delicious however the service was rude and strange. They seem like they don't care. The girl in front of the cashier would not talk to my mother as my mother asked questions about the salad. It was peculiar how they handled customer service. It was bad enough that we don't want to go back even though the salad was good.
Ordered way ahead for curbside. Was texted when it was ready. waited, waited, waited. 20 mins after the text I went in to see where order was, they gave it to another car. Had to remake both salads and they were wrong when we got home. So mad! No apology, nothing free and charged me for ingredients I didn't get.
The crispy chicken was OLD, Very Old. It was so old and dry that the dressing didn't help. It's bad enough I drove 15 minutes to pick this order. Really!!! Will Not Go Again!!
Saw the viral photo of the dead rodent in someone’s salad at this location a few months back. Decided to give it a try anyway because it was convenient. I walked in and there was lettuce everywhere. In between where lettuce is stored, the counter, by the sides. No wonder there was a rodent in someone’s food.. it’s a buffet for them too. I turned around and left
Love chopts salads. I been a fan since back when they would cut the stuff in front of you. Now they've gotten lazy and no longer wanna do it. " to save time " they say - that isn't to this specific location that's to all. I've been to a few locations in DC lately more so to this one.Anywho... I normally make my own salad. Rarely I'll do a burrito. The tortilla they put with the salad I don't like.. their oatmeal cookies are so delicious ! I always get 3 or more lol. That's how good they are !Yes! The prices are ridiculous! $20 for a salad so it's isn't something I do all the time but delicious.At this location I've had one bad experience with an employee being rude -_- . Other than that location always seems clean. Clean bathroom. Go inside and order. Ordering through website doesn't work. Staff for the most part friendly and polite. Have a bite here then go shopping to either Ulta , buy buy baby or container store.11/30/21. Went in today right when they opened. Had a lovely encounter with an employee super sweet with my toddler and I. Made my own salad. So yummy ! And of course the cookies oat meal and raisin so good !
The staff is always nice and friendly..But I don't know if something has changed with the salad dressings, my salad was meh at best..
This place seems great if you are a young woman ( as evidences by the reviews). Mostly men working behind the counter but still. Everytime I've been there they serve up the women behind me and package their stuff first. Also don't bother ordering ahead from anywhere but their app. They won't make it until you show up and then they start making it and you wait anyway
