I always order online here and it's very hit or miss if it's on time or even comes out given how sometimes the online systems break down and I arrive to only have to repeat my order. When I do get the food you can always tell they had to rush it as my burrito practically falls apart upon picking it up.
Never going back to this location. They were rude, location was dirty, they were out of veggies and didn’t plan on making any more for the rest of the night. They were open for 2 more hours so don’t know why they didn’t bother making more. Don’t go to this location.
You’re better off going to the Chipotle location in Rio. Went in there on a Thursday evening and the restaurant looked dirty, disorganized, and they were also out of Veggies.
I ordered a bowl online with double chicken, cheese, salsa, brown rice with two salsas and sour cream on the side. When I got home, I noticed they made a bowl with a double serving of every side that I didn’t ask for and no chicken in it at all.I suggest finding another Chipotle, because the one in Falls Grove will completely ruin your order.
The customer service at this restaurant is lacking. My fiance ordered her meal and I went to pick it up via mobile order and they had no record at all of her order. It took three people to look into my problem. I didn’t even get an apology for the mess up. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. An order that was supposed to be ready in ten minutes ended up taking 30 minutes. This is unacceptable! A suggestion would be to initiate a confirmation email sent indicating that the restaurant has received your order.
I visiting the store earlier like 11:am March 28 I order a burrito to go but the rice was extremely cook that’s why the food don’t taste good
This location is always out of either Guacamole or salad dressing or lemon today there were out of tops oldie the cups never prepared and they never want to make more salad dressing or enough guacamole they don't have signs up so you place your order just to find out it's none of either....don't if they just lazy or a different rule but I've been 4 plus times and they are going to be out of something smh....
Stay away from this restaurant! unless you want to be up all night sitting on the toilet! I have been here a couple times before and it’s happened before but last time it was right in the middle of eating! Food is definitely not fresh! I was mostly given the fat cut of the meat
Was doordashing and waiting near the cash register for my order. Just as a note to management, whoever the young brunette woman who was working the register on 03/20/2022 at 5:45pm, I watched her knock an unused/empty fountain drink cup from the cartridge under the register onto the red tile floor, glance around to see that nobody noticed (she didn’t look my direction), and then put the cup back in the cartridge that she bumped it off of. It’s worth noting that there’s a trash can directly behind the cash register too
Was craving chipotle, stopped by after work. The staff looked over-worked and inexperienced. I asked for 2 kids meals just after ordering my bowls, that was met with frowns from the staff behind the counter. Then the cherry on the cake was the customer service from the 2 cashiers. One was being trained, but it was the trainer who was rude and basically held her hand out, saying, "please dont talk unless I ask you too." I stood there in shock and just answered their questions. All I wanted to do was make sure they got the 2 additional kids meals I had ordered. Sure enough!! She missed one of my bowls, then I got upset and asked, "Can I speak Now?!?!" "You missed my bowl!".. the Manager the steps in, asks what was wrong, I explained that she was rude and was basically telling me to shut up! He told me "You dont need to shout." No apologies and just shunned me away. TERRIBLE customer service !!! AVOID!!!
