Unfortunately they put salt in every single ingredient, so a single burrito is probably pushing over a gram of salt.Stupid typical corporate strategies I think. Somehow this American culture started to associate salty with good. I really don't get it.Not only does salty not taste good to me, it makes me really thirsty, dehydrates my brain and organs, and causes my blood to gorge in volume. I'm sure most people don't even notice these effects.Food itself, just plain food by itself, tastes great to me, and I want to eat lots of it, but these businesses put so much darn salt in everything.If I wanted any salt at all, I'd just add some cheese or cured meat.I'm actually willing to pay more for low salt, but they probably couldn't even help me with that.The whole situation just blows my mind.I literally have to cook cause all the people and businesses put so much darn salt in all the ingredients.
They give way smaller portion sizes for meat and guacamole than a typical Chipotle. We've politely asked for normal serving sizes a few times but they don’t budge. And now the usual staff will intentionally load up the orders of the people immediately adjacent to us in line while still intentionally skimping on ours and staring us down. So the staff is both petty and unprofessional. I don't recommend... Unless you're standing next to me in line. Jokes aside, we only go the Pike and Rose location now.
I am extremely disappointed, in this location today.I asked for extra steak the girl only gave me one spoon for of steak for both bowls, no extra meat, they did not have and large size cups for soda, or and medium size cups for soda either, only size small. There were 2 tables that has rice allll over them, all and rice all over the seats too!! It was terrible! It was a complete mess, and I walked out of chipotle today , feeling very unsatisfied.
They always mess up your online order ?. How does this happen not once but three times!? I don’t go to this one anymore.
If I could not rate a star, I would. All I got is a lettuce bowl with rice when I ordered that with steak and cheese and other toppings on it. My husband’s bowl was filled with beans, which he NEVER orders, and chicken instead of steak. My sister’s had chicken instead of steak and barbacoa. It was if they weren’t even trying. Very disappointing and upsetting. We had to go back twice to correct our orders. I’m not a person to easily complain about things but wow just so upset with this place.
I always order from this place often and make sure to order when its not rush hour. I wont be ordering again due to finding pieces of small and large plastic inside two different orders
Third time they have delivered wrong toppings in items four orders. Unreliable and poorly run customer service.

I'm honestly fed up with this Chiptole. They've sent me the wrong order several times. In addition, the quality was awful the last time I ordered there. They completely let the whole jar of salt go into that rice. Please improve these issues.
Really good burritos and salad bowls and keeps me full for awhile which is good.only problem The sweet tea was not sweet and had no ice ready .
